Pros: The apartment was clean, and had all the things you could need. Even if it was small, we were 6 people and we all fit perfectly. Everything was great

Cons: The only small issue we had was that we lost electricity 2 times, because while cooking we had other stuff plugged in the outlets. It wasn’t a big issue because we contacted the owner and, even if it was night, maintenance came right away and fixed it.

Amazing.

Pros: Location is very good. The amenities provided allowed for cooking: and the AC is great. The property has an admin staff, who is responsive and very helpful even in English.

Pros: Modern interior. Very comfortable couches. Friendly people in the neighbourhood. Parking easy to find.

Cons: Noisy in the apartment, because its the first floor and very poor sound isolation from the sewerage. So basically every morning you hear sounds in the bathroom.

Pros: Quite spacious apartments with modern renovation. Great staff who responded quickly to messages. There is everything you need - a full kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi.

Cons: The area was not very good. It was quite noisy in the evening, the windows were only in the living room, so there was not enough light. It was very difficult to find a free parking space, but this is a general problem with the city of Valencia and free parking.

Pros: All new and clean, TV in each room. Strongly recommended.

Pros: The location was great, a calm urban area! Easy access saved us as soon as we arrived late at night and all instructions were pretty clear and we got in without any problem! The administrator was very nice and happy to answer all questions! It is a perfect apartment for a Family stay. I loved it and we will definitely come back again!

Pros: We really appreciate the way of communication with the appartment owners, everything was fast and smooth. Accommodation itself was clean, prepared and well furnished. Pictures are matching with reality.

Cons: Unfortunately rooms are lacking windows which it makes quite hot in there, it was still okay, however in the summer months it has to be really hard to sleep there. Check in might be a bit way too complicated for someone and you also have to pay 150€ deposit, what is quite unusual.
