Great apartment in a quiet and safe area near the beach

Pros: The location was a pleasant surprise – a small tourist town that is calm and safe, but lively on weekends and in season. The apartment is in a gated complex with pools and sports areas. It's on the top floor with a beautiful view. It looks like the apartment is rented for the first time and was specially prepared for guests. Very clean and well-maintained. High-quality bathroom fittings. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, and even beach umbrellas and a plastic beach chair. Nice balcony with a great view. Mercadona supermarket is very close. The beach is nearby. Although there's only one air conditioner, each room has a lamp with a built-in fan, which can be adjusted to avoid strong airflow during the night.

Cons: There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and kitchen at first, probably because the apartment was unused for a while. It got better with time, but the smell in the bathroom didn’t go away completely. Not enough information was provided about the residential complex and how to use it, but we figured it out. The magnetic key only opens some doors, but the additional key works for all gates, including the car entrance. The extra bed is okay but not very comfortable and takes up the whole room, making it impossible to close the door.
