Pros: Balkon z widokiem na morze, plaża 2 kroki,sklepy 2 kroki,basen,wygodny dojazd do Walencji,w czerwcu mało turystów,mieszkanie ma fajne wiatraki które dobrze zastępują klimatyzację,sprzęty w kuchni działają,jest pralka cena apartamentu bardzo dobra,morze ciepłe i plytkie, piasek prawie jak nad Bałtykiem,plaża czysta i za darmo, na wyposażeniu 2 parasole,krzesełko i WOZEK NA ZAKUPY!!!!!! bardzo przydatny jeżeli trochę gotujesz i dużo pijesz😀😀😀😀😀

Cons: Mieszkanie z lat 70 20 wieku,ale to ma swój klimat szczególnie dla ludzi urodzonych w tamtych latach,trudno to nazwać dyskomfortem,bo tak naprawdę to tu się tylko śpi, a na balkonie z którego jest piękny widok na morze spędza czas .😀
