Best place I could have hoped for

Pros: • The place is well-equipped and well-located, • The bed is comfortable and the pillows too, • Despite being on the ground floor, the place is in a small and quiet street, • With a bit of luck you can find a free parking spot at a walking distance (5 to 10 minutes walk depending on your luck) • The check-in was smooth and Christine was a lovely host (check-out was easy too).

Cons: It was everything I could have hoped for to get settled in Valencia – not a single bad thing to say about it.

Pros: The apartment was incredible — it had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, from A to Z. I really enjoyed it, relaxed, and had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend it to everyone. And if I come back to Valencia, I’ll definitely stay here again. The location is great too — not far from the city center. Very cozy, clean, and well-kept.

Pros: Close to the metro station, tram line at your door step, 2 big supermarkets just 5 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes to the beach, restaurants, even a gas station if you travel by car. Safe and quite neighbourhood. Direct metro line to the airport. I think you get it, location top. But also inside, modern and clean.

Pros: The apartment included all the facilities that you need (and even more). Additionally, the beach was easily reachable by bike, public transport or foot.

11/10 for this place, really fantastic

Pros: Everything, the place is fantastic and has everything one can need! The street is very quiet and at the same time close to public transport. The hygiene is on top level. The host is very responsive, reply immediately to messages and provides help.

Cons: Nothing to criticise. The only thing we could not find easily was the password for internet but we did not really need internet so everything was ok.

Pros: Beautiful, Modern apartment in a great location. Easy access to the underground and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and great facilities

Cons: No doors or partitions meant we could hear any noise that came from outside or around the flat
