Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a stay of a few days. It was especially nice to find laundry capsules and dishwasher tablets available — such a thoughtful touch.

Pros: Pristine, well equipped, comfortable in a good location. Supermarket (I found Consum and Carrefour nearby). Subway 8 minutes walking distance, line number 5 can take you straight to the airport. Air conditioning, fridge, oven, microwave, plates, forks, sugar, tea, smart TV, WiFi,... Everything was ready to go. I do recommend.

Pros: all great, great confection, very clean, has coffee tea, just that u don’t have light coming through the window but it doesn’t matter that much especially if u r out for the whole day :)

Pros: We had great stay in Valencia. Apartment location is perfect - few minutes by walk to the beach and to metro station to the city centre and the airport. It was clean and cozy. Edgar didn’t have a problem to let us check in 2 hours earlier what was super convenient for us.

Pros: The location is perfect, close to the beach and to the center, to the lines of public transportation. The flat is very well - equipped, kitchen is great and it can be used for preparing food etc... Around the flat, there are many good restaurants and coffee shops, also a nice market. Furthermore the owner, Edgar is a very nice guy, very helpful and available in 24 hours (thanks for the help). I totally recommend this place for renting.

Cons: Only thing what I did not like is, the isolation was not good enough, it is easy to hear your noisy neighbor (this depends on the neighbor and not the fault of the owner or place).

Very comfortable and modern apartment

Pros: The kitchen and living room were very nice, modern and a nice temperature. No bugs. There was a brotherhood with very fun people in front where we sat and had a drink when we came back. +Very nice and friendly contact with the owner of the apartment!
