Pros: This flat has excellent sound proofing, and good air conditioning to keep things fresh when the windows are closed. It's exactly as the pictures show and was spotlessly clean. The bed is really comfy and the price is really reasonable for the area. The staff are also super responsive and helpful.
Cons: These flats sell out really quickly, so be aware that if you see it available, it might be gone again very soon after. Be quick!

A very nice stay
Pros: The apartment is brand new and it is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It is located quite close to the beach, let’s say some 10 minutes walk, which is exactly where we wonted to be. The host is super nice and we will never be thankful enough for the active way he helped us in finding a new accommodation for an extra night once our flight was canceled as a consequence of the April, 28 general blackout.

Beach fun on a budget with comfort and style.
Pros: Location excellent, design and layout very convenient and cosy. Dishwasher is a nice touch makes it super easy. Modern bathroom and shower a big plus.
Cons: Air conditioning partially broke a couple days into trip and leaked a lot. We didn’t commit ourselves to getting it sorted so I don’t blame property.

Highly recommended
Pros: Very clean apartment well equipped all kitchen facilities brand new a lot of lamps, lights and sockets everything like on the photos everything 100% in working conditions Highly recommend for up to 4 people very professional host close to shops, pubs etc a few minutes from a metro station
Cons: I only may suggest a dish drainer in the kitchen or maybe a few Spanish TV channels

Very good place to stay with family, even if the neighbours might be noisy.
Pros: Basically, you have everything that you could have wanted. Washing mashine both for dishes and clothes, fully equiped kitchen, very very large shower and nice bathroom, 2 rooms to accomodate large families. I would stay again here because we had everything we wanted.
Cons: The apartment is at the ground floor, that might be a little noisy. Also, the walls are very thin, you basically can hear everything the neighbours are talking. At first floor, on top of this apartment, I think there is a \

Perfect
Pros: Great location. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and the nearest Metro station. Very nice apartment with a comfortabele bed. Nice living room + kitchen. There was even some water + coffee available when I arrived! The bathroom was also fully equipped. I had a really nice time!

Pros: It was very clean, near the beach and both metro and tram. Oceanografic was in walking distance, which was a plus for our son :).
Cons: It was rather noisy from the upstairs neighbors, other than that I cannot complain about anything.

I highly recommend this place
Pros: everything very nicely decorated, clean, tidy. even the plates were in the theme of the conductive color. The host was always easily accessible via whatsapp and very helpful and nice. the location of the place was perfect, metro right at the exit of the building (despite this at night does not interfere with sleeping) the beach very close by foot or the above-mentioned metro. Small shop in the area, restaurants, even a bakery around the corner which is run by a very nice older lady. in the room there was everything you need, a dryer to hang laundry, an iron, a washing machine, a dishwasher, all things for cooking etc. It is also very important to mention that the air conditioning in the room works very well. I think that the person who came up with the idea of making this a place to rent has thought everything through very well and it is a very nice place to relax. Well done!
Cons: the only thing missing is the lack of daylight and a normal window (not a milky glass) but I fully understand that this is not possible due to the location and privacy zone

A cozy place to be
Pros: I really appreciated the host's hospitality. He was very accommodating, even helping me check in early. The location was great - the beach was within walking distance and I could easily bike to the city center. The apartment was well-equipped, with everything from spices to olive oil. It was the perfect place for a short stay! It felt like a home away from home. I had a fantastic time!
Cons: I wish the combination lock had a beep or light to confirm the code. It's a bit confusing sometimes
