A great base for exploring Valencia, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent facilities, very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Lovely bed linen and super comfy bed. Great shower. Aircon. Mostly quiet. Easy access. Five minutes to the metro, two minutes to supermarket. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

Amazing BUT..

Pros: I loved how spacious and clean the apartment was it had everything you need and more inside. On top of that hosts were amazing. You had all the amenities but is amazing and you will love this place. Once the issue is resolved we will once again come to this place after we visit Valencia again. But there was an issue...

Cons: When you visit Valencia all the booking are on the ground floor and the ground floor is on the street level so basically when you open the door you are in the apartment or street. Valencia streets in the summer can smell on the sewers. From the first day we entered the apartment we complained about the smell coming from the bathroom it was resolved but then it came back the day after. Host try to fix the problem with the plummer but unfortunately it needs a reconstruction and hopefully the host so will do it so this apartment will be amazing again.

Muy agradable

Pros: El apartamento está limpísimo. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia de cualquier duración y está decorado con mucho gusto. La persona encargada del apartamento fue muy amable y nos dio sugerencias para comer, movernos por la ciudad, etc. Para repetir

Cons: Quizá le faltan unos estores oscuros en el salón.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, in Gehentfernung zur Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten, sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Sofabett bereits bezogen war. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
