Convenient and comfy appartment
Pros: Spacious, nice apartment, close to the subway and within walking distance of Ciudad del Arte e Scientia. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood and supermarket very close. Within walking distance from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, utensils, fridge, dishwasher . Nice shower! Comfortable beds.
Cons: There was an issue with the key when we arrived, but we called and the staff was super helpful and nice. We got late checkout as a bonus to compensate. This was super helpful, as we had a late flight out and the weather was not great for site seeing on our departure day. The sewage system sometimes smells, but I think it's a general issue in town. Nothing a little airing doesn't solve!

Enjoyable stay even with unexpected troubles
Pros: The location of the apartment was very good and well connected with public transportation. The staff was very engaged and helpful when we had to move to a different apartment due to a water leak coming from the ceiling. Overall, for the time we got to spend here, we really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: As mentioned before, there was unfortunately an unforeseen water leak which provided us with some troubles. Another thing we noticed is that the so-called balcony is not really usable due to space and smell.

Perfect place to stay in Valencia
Pros: Perfect location. You can get to the beach in 15-20 minutes, to the Turia park in 20-25 minutes. Markets, cafes and all you need. The apartment is clean and really huge and there is everything for comfort stay. It was really sad to leave and go home🥲 Stuff is always in touch and will help you with any questions. Totally recommend, our stay was amazing!

Pros: Die Lage war super. Man ist schnell bei den Metro-, Bus- und Tramstationen. Zudem ist der Strand, Restaurants und Bars wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in der Nähe. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden und hatten auch Ersatzbadetücher. Das Bett war super bequem.
Cons: Als wir ankamen aber auch über die ganze Zeit war so ein komischer Geruch ich weiss nicht ob er eventuell von den Reinigungsmittel kam aber er war ziemlich intensiv. Wir haben ihn immer wieder gerochen, wenn wir von draußen ins Apartment kamen. In einigen Nächten war es ziemlich laut wir hörten jemanden an die Wand hämmern und schreien mitten in der Nacht. Es hat einige Male so Klopfgeräusche oder ähnliche Geräusche wie von eine Waschmaschine die lief auch meist in der Nacht.

Pros: Läget var väldigt bra, med många affärer och restauranger i närheten. Det var också nära havet och lätt att ta sig till Gamla stan.
Cons: Sängarna och kuddarna var lite hårda. Det fungerar kanske för några dagar, men efter en vecka blev det obekvämt. Det hade också varit bra med lite mer köksutrustning, till exempel en stekpanna.

Appartement superbe mais des points à améliorer
Pros: Emplacement parfait. A 2 min a pied du tram. Bus, restaurants, bars à proximité. Appartement neuf, propre, moderne, lumineux, équipement parfait. Climatisation parfaite. Rideau occultant bien la lumière car appartement directement sur la rue mais rue calme.
Cons: Suite à une fuite, le colmatage n'as pas du être fait comme il faut, on entends H24 l'eau couler du plafond sur la plaque fixée au plafond. Pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon c'est insupportable, par moment ça coule tellement fort (évacuation eau) qu'on dirait qu'il pleut dans l'appartement. La terrasse est petite, très petite seulement utile pour étendre le linge. C'est ultra serré. Moissisure dans la salle de bain. La fuite et la moissisure sont des points qui peuvent être améliorer. Cependant l'optimisation de la terrasse semble être compliquée.
