we enjoyed staying here a lot
Pros: Great contact with the owner from the very beginning until the last moment, very responsive. Apartment is really big, nice and clean. It is located in a prefect area, close to the sea and close to the Ciudad de Arts if you like walking ;) subway station 3 min by foot so honestly nothing else needed

Great location, very clean.
Pros: Location was great, only 2km from marathon start. Object is very clean.
Cons: Internet speed should be better. I found Maritime 23 5G EXT wifi which was excellent, but it wasn't available all the time. Maritime 23 is not so good.

Pros: Great location (6 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the beach). Close to shops, tapas bars, and a bakery. Quiet and peaceful. Good contact with the owner. The apartment is great, equipped with everything you need. A surprise was the balcony, perfect for an evening glass of wine.

Very comfortable and clean.
Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and the location was very good as well. The check in process was very professional also the communication with the manager was very smooth, they always sent us very imformative messages about the check in and every useful information. I would definitely return and I recommend it warm heartedly.
Cons: One minor thing to add: we could not use cold water in the bathroom for some reason and sometimes the water was too warm in the summer.

Pros: The apartment was lovely. Great location. Would recommend.
Cons: The 4:00pm check in time was inconvenient for me. The mattress was memory foam. Some will love this but it didn't suit my back. I ended up using the sofa bed.

Modern clean and well equipped apt
Pros: Stayed in the penthouse. Lovely layout and big. Clean and modern. Location brilliant. Large balcony with sunbeds and seating area
Cons: Taking own rubbish was a bit of a pain but wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Pros: Great apartment in a perfect location! Comfortable bed and sofa bed, well-equipped, spacious, with a balcony and good air conditioning — everything we needed for a great stay. We took ubers or a taxi to the beach and city center, but a walk of 20 min to the beach is also doable or public transport like the bus or tram
Cons: The shower didn’t work very well because the showerhead couldn’t be tilted down properly, so the water sprayed too high, which wasn’t very comfortable. The airco was working but leaking

Pros: The accommodation is in a great location – only a 15-minute walk from the beach and right next to a metro stop (note that it’s under renovation until the end of August 2025). It has working air conditioning in all rooms, which we really appreciated during the scorching heat. We had plenty of towels, dishes, and equipment available. Thanks to its location in a narrow street, the apartment only got direct sunlight for about two hours a day, which we also really appreciated. Overall, I can say that if I ever come back to Valencia, I would definitely choose this accommodation again.
Cons: I only noticed two minor drawbacks: the Wi-Fi signal was rather weak. This wasn’t really a problem for me, since I could use mobile data, but it might be an issue for someone. Also, the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. One more downside – which, of course, isn’t anyone’s fault – is that the building opposite is being renovated, so on weekdays there is quite a lot of noise during the day. We were out most of the time, but if you plan to stay in the apartment during the day, it could be a bit uncomfortable.
