VLC Host - Vicente Brull

Pros: It was nice, the location is good, close to buses, metro and beach, store, bars, restaurants.. i love the terrace, and the apartment is nicely equipped (ac, washing machine, full size fridge, hair dryer,many towels,..).

Cons: HOWEVER, it was raining while we were there and the water leaked and did some serious damage to the wall and after 3 days there was a puddle on the floor in the kitchen…There are also some other things that would need improvement such as shower, we always flooded the whole bathroom no matter how careful we tried to be and was annoying to clean up flood and used many towels just for that (I understand that its wheelchair accessible but i suggest adding at least a curtain or at least a tool to help “scrape” water in the drain, optimally a bigger shower base). Also the floor in the bathroom is not water resistant and is already “wavy” and damaged and there is no space or surface to put things down in the bathroom. There are no working vents not even in the bathroom and it reeks of sewers unfortunately. You can also hear the neighbours very clearly and the construction nearby but I understand not much can be done about that. As a customer im giving it an 8 but as an apprentice architect myself id give it a 4/10. Overall it was an okay experience but I really suggest fixing things before it does any further permanent damage. I hope my review helps and is by no means meant to diss.

Pros: L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, j’ai beaucoup aimé la petite cour le soir à l’extérieur, l’appartement et proche de toutes les commodités, plage, ville, commerce

Cons: la porte de la salle de bain était fermée et la nuit. On a entendu toutes les conversations, les chansons de la Voisine du dessus. Cela nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises ce au moins trois ou quatre fois dans la semaine. La douche, il faut mettre un rideau ou fermer sinon vous allez être inondé pas pratique. Et nous savons que l’eau s’infiltre partout.

Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Pros: Eine sehr ruhige, saubere Ferienwohnung und gute Lage.

Cons: War alles gut
