Pros: La ubicación,instalaciones piscina y el buen ambiente y respeto entre los usuarios.

Cons: Deberían cambiar los colchones de las camas viejos y incomdos

Apartamento genial enfrente de la playa

Pros: Las instalaciones de la urbanización son increíbles. El garaje es totalmente necesario ya que sino es imposible de aparcar en Cullera y además todo hasta en las afueras es de pago. Hay parkings municipales pero son 10e el día. La piscina súper grande y limpia, el césped etc.. igualmente limpísimo. El apartamento tiene una situación inmejorable cerca de absolutamente todo y con unas vistas a la playa increíbles, muy amplio y prácticamente con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Hay ruidos exteriores, ya que está muy cerca de la playa y del chiringuito donde ponen música los fines de semana, a parte esta muy cerca también del paseo y se oye todo, por lo tanto sería de agradecer aire acondicionado o al menos ventiladores para poder descansar mejor con las ventanas cerradas y no tener que escuchar esos ruidos .
