Good value for money

Pros: Spacious, good location, self checkin service (although we needed help), wheelchair friendly entrance.

Cons: Paper thin walls (you could hear EVERYTHING neighbours were doing). No drying rack, no kettle.

Highly recommend

Pros: The apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed. It's just a short walk to the town centre, with its own secure car parking too. The apartment was quiet for great sleeping and the instructions to access the key, car park and apartment were very good, with videos and photos. I'd definitely recommend.

Great place to stay.

Pros: The location was perfect for us, just on the outskirts of town with a dedicated secure parking space. The metro station and bus stop for Valencia was a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have washing and cleaning materials available. The shower was powerful and the beds comfortable with good quality linen and towels. The owner was also very accommodating and made arrangements for us to have an early check in time which was very much appreciated.

Cons: There wasn't anything not to like. A corkscrew would be a welcome addition!

Superb, wonderful host

Pros: Great apartment, generally very well equipped and also good accessibility for a double pram. Big kitchen and living room, comfortable sofa and great TV with Amazon content on demand. 2 very big double bedrooms and very generous storage space. 2 terraces. Good air con in living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Within short walking distance to the centre of Lliria and metro station. Very kind neighbours and very welcoming people in the town. Good swimming pool and play area for small kids. Host is very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and got it resolved within 2 hours. Great

Cons: Very few things. The toilet doesn't have any ventilation and would benefit from an extractor fan. Also, the front of the property can be accessed by simply sliding the front glass door that leads to the terrace from the outside, which is connected to the communal area. There is no way to lock this glass door, so the only way to keep the property secured was keeping the blinds (persianas) down to block that door. Although it is a gated community and safe, delivery drivers and maintenance staff can get in, so ensuring that the glass door is lockable is essential to ensure nobody can break inside of the flat. In addition, the kitchen is missing cooking knifes and a chopping board. Finally, guests would benefit from secured car parking. There is generally parking space in the area surrounding the building, but it is not supervised and not in an area of frequent pass of people. That said we didn't have any issues at to find a parking space nearby.

Pros: Parking in private garage, good air con, big flat, 2 terace perfect for morning cofee, nice owner, wide and well equipped kitchen.

There was a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The people were friendly.

Cons: Having a kettle would have been good. We like a cup of tea 👍

A lovely little apartment in a friendly complex with great parking.

Pros: This is a very comfortable apartment and once you discover how to get there, it’s in a great location and not far from Valencia (20min drive). Check in and out (while preference is a very narrow window) is automatic and very easy. We messaged regularly with the owner via Booking.com messages and found our way around the complex, including parking, easily. The apartment is very clean.

Cons: The amount of perfume was over whelming and immediately triggered hay fever like symptoms. we turned off the three spray machines and moved all the other various smelly things out into the covered patio area. Once ventilated, the space was lovely. The only other thing to mention would be the lack of bedding. We ordered for three and one of us was cold and had not sheets for the second bed (on the pull out couch). We had our sleeping bags so used these.
