Amazing location!

Pros: Location was AMAZING! Right by the sea. It was really relaxing. In May beach was totally empty which was perfect. Amazing views and sound of the sea. Highly recommend for people who value location as priority. Nice hosts.

Cons: Unfortunately whole building and apartment itself was really old. I think pictures in the profile were taken many years ago. Nothing really worked: coffe machine, washing machine, gate was broken and we ended up parking outside which was totally ok. paint was coming off the walls in living room. It was not very clean- we did not use 3rd bedroom but still it was not cleaned after previous guests. Even the sponge to wash dishes was left dump and used so we had to buy it ourselves. We only stayed 2 nigths which was OK but longer stay would be problematic.

Pros: The view is amazing and loved the sounds of the waves. :)

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Location is super, nobody around, just few people. Beach is right in front your apartment. Apartment itself big, modern with balcony, where you can watch the sunrise and moonrise. Fully equipped. Definitely we'll return here.

Cons: 4 days went by too quickly 😊

Pros: The location of the apartment is extraordinary, it is located directly on the beach. Perfect for 5 people. The hosts are helpful, the apartment was waiting for us in a clean condition.

Cons: At night it was very hot, there were ventilators ín each room, but aircondition I think would better ( especially ín hot Summer Time) The kitchen has basic equipment, maybe one more knife, wich has good edge is missing ;)

Beautiful venue and amazing view!

Pros: Super clear instructions, owners have been extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfy and beautiful. Modern, new, amazing facilities. Every single breakfast in the sunny balcony with the sea sound has been amazing.

Great flat :) Everything you need!

Pros: We loved the view and the flat is very comfortable and clean. We stayed there in the springtime and I worried it might be a bit cold, but it had heating and was super cozy. I loved that. There was a rain shower and the beds were comfy. There was a tv with Netflix for relaxing in the evening, Loads of space and pretty much everything you need. There is also a playground right next to the building which is great if you're traveling with kids. The owners are super sweet and they care a lot about the guests' well-being. Only half an hour from Valencia and the beach and views are awesome.

Super sejour bien implanté géographiquement

Pros: Les hôtes sont très rapides dans leur réponse et aimables

Pros: Z pewnością widok z okna. Bliskość plaży. Fantastyczny szum morza. Najlepiej mieć samochód bo najblizszy większy sklep ok 5 km. Dobra baza wypadowa do Walencji.

Cons: Dopiero po zarezewowaniu apartamentu otrzymaliśmy informację że miejsce parkingowe jest płatne, pomimo że w ogłoszeniu bylo że jest w cenie. Byliśmy poza sezonem więc miejsc na ulicy było sporo, ale w sezonie to bardzo duży problem. Mieszkanie wymaga poprawek przy odpływach, taśma klejaca i wiadro pod umywalķą mało profesjonalne. Brak mydła. Herbata i kawa chociaż na początek to już standard przy tej cenie apartamentu-a tu brak. Niestety apartament leży w pobliżu pól irygacyjnych. Przykry zapach stanowi dyskomfort, znika tylko przy wietrznej pogodzie. Jest to cecha lokalizacji, a nie samego apartamentu.

Primera línea de playa.

Pros: La ubicación, en primera linea de playa. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario, toallas, sabanas… productos de limpieza, menaje… Playa tranquila y con parques cercas. En la fecha que hemos ido, se aparca en la misma calle.

Cons: Se queda algo pequeño si van muchas personas, íbamos 6 adultos y 4 niños y 2 de las 3 habitaciones están muy bien para familias, pero al que le toque el de la cama nido… Echamos en falta una cafetera más grande, solo era para 2 cafés cada vez, y había que hacer varias.
