Pros: the atmosphere, the decor and the terrace - breakfast in the sun in the morning

Cons: The first evening we saw a cockroach running around - we put it outside - but then we were on the alert as a bit spoiled Dutchman

Just amazing !!

Pros: The apartment was located right on the beach. The decor was so beautiful. The beds were comfy and had beautiful linens. The kitchen was well equipped. I will highly recommend this place. We would like to come back again.

A great location that was next to the beach and sea but also close and in easy driving to Valencia

Pros: Location was great - right on the beach but only 25 minutes from the centre of Valencia

Cons: Would have liked more pots & pans in the kitchen. We were self catering.

Everything was PERFECT for our little retreat!!

Pros: This property is BEAUTIFUL! We did go in November, but even sat on the beach as it was 20C. Also, we knew it would be a slower time, and less things open, which was okay for us. There were some restaurants open and it isn't too far to venture into Valencia if needed. The apartment was very beautiful, clean and pet-friendly. It was beachfront with a covered terrace, and right close to a little playground. The kitchen had everything we needed for our little retreat. There was a locked garage parking as well as beach chairs and a kayak (although we had our own paddle board). Although we never met the hosts in person, they were kind and considerate and quick to respond. We absolutely LOVED this property! We would love to go again sometime!

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like!

Gute Lage, gute Wohnung....

Pros: Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern, aber zum Teil benötigt sie mal wieder Liebe und Wartung.

Cons: 5 von 8 Tagen Party Tag und Nacht in der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Es war laut und man konnte nachts nicht wirklich schlafen.

Great Beach Location

Pros: Location on the beach was fantastic. It was nice to have a washing machine and drying rack. It was quiet at night even though next to restaurants. Parking was available on the street and in the garage. There is a playground right outside the apartment. The outdoor seating area was nice for evening drinks.

Cons: Couch was dirty and needs a good cleaning. The rooms with the single beds and trundles are TINY. If you pull out the trundle, there is no room to walk. This is a good choice for a family, but for two couples it was small and one couple had to sleep in separate rooms.

Tolle Tage gerne immer wieder!

Pros: Tolle Wohnung mit Strandnaher Lage. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Laden sind in Fussläufiger Entfernung. Einige Restaurants in der Nähe laden zum Mittagessen oder zum Abendessen ein. Geraldine ist eine super freundliche und engagierte Vermieterin, sie kümmert sich und organisiert alles in Windeseile.
