Fantastic stay

Pros: Very attentive Gorgeous location with great views from the balcony Lots of food options and local supermarket 1 minute walk Beach 1 minute walk Lots of kitchen appliances in the kitchen Host was friendly

Cons: Bus services aren't very regular to the city (112 metrobus) but Uber is approx 15 euro. Would recommend going into the city some nights for food,I found the quality better there. The pool was closed as its the off season

Pros: Lovely flat, great balcony which overlooks the marina - bigger than it looks on the photos

Cons: We booked it because it’s advertised as having a pool - despite it being mid September, the pool was closed. Need to advertise dates for this.

Pros: The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and perfectly located near the sea. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely balcony with a view. Everything was exactly as described — even better!

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and large enough for a family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room is spacious and cozy. There is a big balcony with a table, and it is possible to have breakfast outside and enjoy the picturesque yacht harbour and the sea. The communication with the hosts was excellent, Sergio met us in person at the apartment and gave us a lot of tips about Valencia and Port Saplaya. We also very much appreciated his help with finding a taxi on the day of our departure (it was an early Sunday morning). Port Saplaya is a nice place with a sandy beach, sports possibilities, playgrounds, and numerous small restaurants and cafes.

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment, close to beach and restaurants/ cafe . Beautiful view over the harbor.

Pros: Really lovely apartment with a great host. Loved the area too.

Cons: Nothing bad to say about the property. It was super. Bus service into Valencia was a bit trickier than I expected - you need to take 2 buses to get to the tourist parts. We ended up walking a lot or getting taxis.

Pros: The host awaited us at the agreed-upon time, handed us the keys, provided a detailed description of the area, dining options, transportation possibilities, showed us the cellar with loungers and umbrellas, and recommended a good restaurant. He was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. The accommodation was exceptional. Beautiful location near the beach, clean and relatively peaceful environment, very well-equipped and functional apartment, an incredibly pleasant place to stay.

Cons: Everything was fantastic, and I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation. I highly recommend it.
