Pros: Everything. I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a quiet area. To get to Valencia, you have a direct bus, or you can take a taxi, it’s quite cheap.

Pros: The flat had a fabulous sea view, the beach was not busy, so no fight over space, and the water was warm. One of the best beaches we have ever seen.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect place.

Beatutiful views, clean roomy apartment, well-equipped, nice owner.
Pros: The view is spectacular. The owner was very accomodating. The location is on the beach and near restaurants and markets.

Pros: The apartment is great with fast internet and an adequate kitchen. The bedrooms have decent storage and comfortable beds. Showers are good, with plenty of hot water. The view and the beach are superb. The Al Campo supermarket a ten-minute walk away has pretty much anything you could need from food and drink to loo-roll and e-scooters! The hosts are friendly and helpful. The local restaurants are a mixed bag. Of the ones we tried Maurucios (a three-minute walk) and Abantu (a ten-minute walk) are the best.
Cons: If you want to spend a lot of time in the city centre this probably isn't the place for you. The public transport links are good and clean but not particularly frequent, maximum once an hour. You may find yourself using taxis more frequently than you expected, which, at 15 euros a pop can mount up.

Pros: Un grand appartement propre avec 2 salles de bains et 3 chambres individuelles. Une très belle vue mer !
Cons: Il était difficile de nous garer , aucune place de parking.

Przyjemny pobyt w spokojnej lokalizacji
Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje się w przyjemnej lokalizacji, ma piękny widok na morze, trzy sypialnie i przestronny salon oraz osobną kuchnie. Plaża pod budynkiem jest piaszczysta, sa dość duże fale, ale całkiem przyjemna. W okolicy jest kilka restauracji a w odległości 10 minut piechotą duży sklep Alcampo. Okolica bardzo spokojna, przy malowniczym porcie.
Cons: Polecam wypożyczenie auta żeby móc zwiedzić też inne plaże na południe od Walencji - zdecydowanie warto :) pod blokiem można parkować na darmo. Jeśli ktoś chce wieczorem poimprezować to lepiej wybrać centrum miasta.

Direkter Meeresblick und barrierefrei erreichbar
Pros: Direkter Meeresblick von schönem überdachtem Balkon aus. Wir konnten im April schon meistens draußen frühstücken und den Blick und das Meeresrauschen genießen. Meine Mutter war mit dem Rollator unterwegs, die Wohnung ist komplett barrierefrei erreichbar, es gibt sogar 2 Aufzüge im Haus! Die Wohnung ist mit absolut allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte: Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher, Kaffekapselmaschine, Haartrockner... Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz nahe, der riesige Supermarkt am Anfang der Feriensiedlung. Der Radweg ist direkt vor der Haustüre! Leider haben wir es kurzfristig nicht geschafft, Räder auszuleihen.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig und es nicht immer einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden!

Zeer mooie locatie, fijn zicht, vriendelijke host en netjes appartement
Pros: Mooie locatie en mooi zicht. De host was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Soms lastig communiceren door gebrekkig Engels van de host, maar via whatts app zeer vlotte communicatie met Google translate. Leuke omgeving, dicht bij zee en zwembad groot genoeg ondanks dat het te delen is met zeer veel appartementen. Rustig stuk zandstrand, ideaal met kinderen.
Cons: Balkon was erg klein voor 6 personen, meer aan de raden met 4 dit appartement. Netjes appartement, niks ontbrak. Wel zeer luidruchtig gebouw, bovenburen kun je duidelijk horen stappen, roepen, praten en anderen ook. Slechte isolatie.
