Serrano Park

Pros: I didn't stay at Serrano Park because there was something wrong with the bathroom. I stayed in the Down town apartment and would have been happy to review it.

Pros: Very good. Hosts helped with some questions. Thanks

Great location and comfortable for two people

Pros: Location is great. Apartment is comfortable and for two person very good. Hair dryer, iron, towels, refrigerator available.. Nice view and nicely lit.

Cons: Renovation and restoration is desirable, especially the bathroom, in order to make a better impression. Late check in.

All in all my break was perfect valencia is a great city and I will be back sometime

Pros: The location was perfect every thing I wanted to was within walking distance

Cons: Could do with a kettle and the shower head in the bathroom should be on the back wall. Uttterly useless where it is just now.

Space need to be repaired to set modern needs.

Pros: Location is great. Washing machine worked. All is small but well organized.

Cons: It seems that I sleep on the street, in winter it's gona be cold. Too old especially bathroom, but all worked. Ventilation must be cleaned. Ok for short stay, not for family or long stay.

The apartment had a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a beautiful view, and an excellent location, but I didn’t like the slipper

Pros: I liked the apartment’s location the most. We were very close to everything.

Cons: I didn’t like the bathroom very much because the floor was slippery.

Pros: The location was great. Serrano Park had what we needed as we were out for the full days and just back to sleep.

Cons: It wasn't as modern or comfortable as the photos suggested.

Pros: Staff was very helpful, we locked ourselves out and they helped immediately

Great Accommodation

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic spot, a short walk to the centre of the old town and lots of lovely plazas. There were bus stops nearby to get you to the beach too. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a small kitchenette with basic crockery and cutlery (knives, forks, corkscrew!) The air conditioning was a blessing and worked effectively.

Cons: The apartment was next to a very busy road so was quite noisy at times, however we were aware of this when booking. Also, just a heads up but the kitchenette is concealed behind 3 sliding mirrored panels which look great when closed but can be tricky when trying to use the kitchen, although we only made omelettes etc for breakfast it was a bit testing.

Perfect location and cozy apartment

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing! It could not be better, directly at the park and in the city centre. It also has a decent size and a lot of different amenities. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time a lot. It felt very homely and cozy.

Cons: As a lot of other reviews have mentioned: PLEASE GET RID OF THE SLIDING DOORS IN THE KITCHEN. It is annoying if you want to cook or even just if you want to prepare some breakfast and it costs 0 money to fix. Also the window in the bedroom is broken and doesn't close and in the shower I would install a curtain because everything gets wet.
