Ideal for a city break

Pros: Location was great, lovely side street close to everything but quiet. Lovely old building, well equipped apartment , great service for minding bags after checkout

Cons: All good - we arrived late so bit of delay just getting in but friendly staff resolved it

Perfect for a couple!

Pros: The apartment was great and beautiful. It seems they have just renovated, and I find everything I need in the apartment. From different dishes, cooking pots/pans, to laundry, etc. The staff at the office were really polite and helpful.

Cons: Nothing bad, but just to pick up the keys, I will need to go to another location, which is not too far and will normally be on your way if you don't use a taxi. The only issue was that the location/link they shared with me is not exactly the same building where the office is. So, you will need to ask around at the end

Will definetly be back.

Pros: The location is unbeatable, a quiet street just off Plaza de la Virgen and close to the heart of the city. The apartment was really nice.

Cons: The lighting in the common areas could be better.

A great base from which to explore old Valencia

Pros: The apartment was lovely, the decor was tasteful, there were plenty of appliances. It was a great place from which to explore old Valencia, everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking. Also we were amazed there was a lift, very helpful if you have heavy bags. Also the staff at Singular Stays were so helpful and friendly, we were very happy customers.

Cons: The shower was a,little difficult to control, the difference between too hot or too cold was miniscule

Pros: The location, the size of the apartment, the balconies, kitchen etc, little shops around the street.

Cons: We had a problem getting the keys as we were travelling by public transport, arrived very tired at apartment then had to find out where to access the keys as our instructions didn't arrive until we arrived at the apartment but it resolved itself with tenacity on our part and the bookings admin.

Pros: A really great location for enjoying the old town area. Apartment has everything we needed and was spotless. Would recommend.

Cons: Check-in was confusing and not at the actual location. Online check-in only half worked. Staff, though, were lovely and very helpful

Pros: It's central position close to all the main tourist sites & restaurants.

Cons: Nothithing, but needs a bread knife, bread board & small coffee cups.

Short break in Valencia

Pros: The location is in the middle of the old town which was perfect for us. Plenty of bars and restaurants closeby. 10 minutes walk from Valencia NORD train station. It was a quiet street. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: There was no shower gel and shampoo supplied. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Luckily we didnt use it that much. The online check in link in the company email didn't work. It didn't work when we stayed in March. It was reported at the time but still hadn't been resolved by October.

Pros: Easy collection of the keys, amazing location and quiet location hidden off the square

Perfect apartment for a short break in an amazing location.

Pros: The location of this property is perfect, 2 minute walk to the cathedral and lots of restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the bus stop that goes directly to the beach(Bus 95). Very spacious apartment made us feel very comfortable. We were able to cook breakfasts in the morning in the kitchen.

Cons: Not many amenities in the apartment such as sugar salt pepper, felt we had to buy a lot. Ottoman in the bedroom was quite dirty and stove stopped working on the last day.
