Super location with very nice quiet apartment - 4 flights of stairs and small shower cubicle

Pros: Top class location and apartment was very clean. Bottle of wine and some snacks let for us which was a very nice touch and was much appreciated. There was a toaster and iron/iron board and the bed was very comfortable

Cons: The apartment was on the fourth floor and the steps up were steep so wouldnt be ideal for someone who finds climbing stairs an issue. The shower cubile was very small so would not suit large people.

Excellent stay. Host very attentive.

Pros: The property was very clean. It’s compact but enough room for 2 people. We had everything we needed. It’s very close to the centre but was also quiet.

Cons: The stairs are very narrow but it’s an old building so that’s to be expected

Pros: We liked the location, centrally located and the small terrace for drinking morning coffee. The hostess was super kind and helpful and gave us a lot of information about the city

Pros: Our Host waited Information of the Apartment and it was possible to Check in early. She also helped is with Restaurants nearby and Spots that been Must Seen

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location! So central to a lot of the main tourist areas. Had all the amenities we needed and the private terrace was lovely to relax in on an afternoon. 3 fans were provided which were great at keeping us cool. Bed was nice and comfy with a couple of pillow options to choose from. Large fridge freezer which was perfect for keeping groceries in for the week. Washing up liquid and sponges provided which I always appreciate. Communication with the team was superb. Check in was super smooth and we were provided with restaurant recommendations on arrival.

Cons: The only issue we had was the shower was incredibly small and made even washing our hair difficult. My husband is 6 foot and really struggled. I'm only 5 foot, but was 5 months pregnant at the point of visiting so struggled too! The shower curtain was constantly clinging to you which was quite unpleasant. We also sometimes noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the drains and the sink in the kitchen. Not a major issue, but might need to be looked out. Also be aware there are 4 flights of narrow stairs which are quite tiring! Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Brilliant location, lovely apartment, fab host.

Pros: This apartment is a gem! The location is amazing and it has great facilities. I particularly love the little balcony. It had everything I needed for a week long stay in the centre of Valencia and Giovanna was a brilliant host with great communication. She also sent recommendations for local restaurants and bars which was really appreciated. From what other reviews said about the stairwell I was concerned it would be overly narrow or steep. It’s only two flights of stairs and with a backpack rather than suitcase I had no issues.

Cons: The only drawback is that there’s no air con, but I knew this when booking. There is a ceiling fan and two freestanding fans however so it’s easy to stay cool.

Pros: The hostess was very helpful. The location is perfect. All the attractions are within walking distance.

Pros: The property was very close to the old town.We could walk to shops ,restaurants and bars.

Cons: It is a very old building and had four flights of stairs.We were ok with this however it was a bit hard going after a day walking around the city.

Pros: Best location in town, host Giovanna great, clean, lots of space and kitchen equipment!

A great clean place in the center of the city

Pros: The apartment is in the very center of the city, just next to the square with plenty of restaurants and shops. The place itself is perfectly clean, it was very easy to communicate with the owner, we lived on the 4th floor and had our own terrace on the 5th floor that was great.

Cons: The stairs are very narrow, it was not a problem for us, but can be a problem for families with smaller kids or for older people.
