Amazing place right by the beach

Pros: The place is amazing. Super spacious, the location could not be better (50 metres from the beach, and a lovely view of the beach from the nice terrace), and the hosts were great and very helpful. We arrived very late (after midnight) and they were there to handle the keys and to show us the place and how things worked. They provided us with milk and the essential things we would need for our morning. It was much better than we expected. And with a very nice ice cream shop on the ground floor of the building. Very easy access to the city of Valencia (15 minutes away by car). The town (Pobla de Farnals) is very typical Spanish beach town, with good places to eat.
