Pros: Very nice and clean place, well situated and it has all we needed.

Pros: The apartment was great, clean and very cosy, the interior is great relaxing and romantic. There was everything that you need , even umbrella for the beach.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Great value for money

Pros: Comfortable apartment 1km away from the beach, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We came again after a year, as it’s a good deal and the town is a great place to relax.

Cons: Whereas the kitchen has lots of useful appliances (even two different types of blenders!), some obvious basics (baking paper, corkscrew) are missing. Also, there’s no washing powder, so we had to buy a full pack, which we left mostly unused.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and clean, with all the facilities that you could need, only a 10 minute walk to the beach

Cons: No fault of the apartment but public transport can be a little confusing. And on a weekend best to catch a bus from the beach as a lot of bus stops surrounding the apartment are not in service.

Pros: Great place, well equipped, great bed, easy parking on the street.

Recommendation

Pros: Good cleanliness, location and equipment. Nice and comfortable stay. I recommend.

Cons: Better darkening of the window on the eastern side would be welcome.

Great space for two close to the beach and all the amenities

Pros: The apartment is very well-equipped, with anything you might need for a longer stay (kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, iron…). One can tell the owners went another mile to make it as comfortable as possible. It’s also close to the beach, supermarkets and several good bars and restaurants, as well as to the bus stop.

Cons: The flat is a bit more worn out that it might seem from the photos, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Pros: Comfortable apartment with heather which was great due to a cold evenings and with fully equiped kitchen. Suitable self check-in. Parking is possible on the street.

It's ideal to be rented by two people

Pros: The most positive part about this apartment was location. Its in a quiet neighbourhood, on the endge of the Puerto de Sagunt. Apartment was clean enough and well equipped. Towells, shower gels, kitchen stuff..

Cons: First of all, the apartment I booked was different feom what I saw on pics before booking. The one I got didnt have an open balcony and was located on ground floor, which was ok for me. Before arriving I received automated message in booking about how to checkin blabla. When I texted that I will arrive around 3pm, owner Jose confirmed that and said that aparment will be ready. When I arrived (around 4pm) cleaning lady was still there and she said that she was informed that guesr will come later.. Then the owner called and informed that the pipes in bathroom needed repair and there is no hot water. Plumber came next day in morning. This was a bit disturbing situation for me, as Jose supposed to inform me in advance about that, before my arrival and not after. As a solution, we agreed on some small refund for this inconvenience. Another thing that can be an issue for someone: single window frame (not double), so any car any sound from outside is heard. Earplugs are a must. Despite kitchen to be fully equipped for cooking, there was no main basic item: knife. Owner ignored my message about its absence. Kitchen should have more sockets. there is just one accessible, near stove. Kettle was dirty inside and leacked.

Pros: We liked everything, it was the same as pictures. It was very clean and it had everything needed for living comfortably. The chek in and out was simple and easy. Its near the see and other markets. The only problem is that we could hear everything from other apartments but it wasn't something that disturb our stay.
