Apartamento Sofía II a 500m de la playa

Pros: Excellent communication with the host. Very clean and spacious apartment. I would recommend.

Despite the soundproofing issue, I would recommend this property.

Pros: The apartment is located a bit on the edge of the town. However you can easily reach the beach (10 min.) or the city center (20 min.). It has all required facilities for even a long stay. The owners were in touch and provided everything we needed. The neighborhood has not many supermarkets but plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Cons: Problems with sound insulation. There was a dog in the apartment below, which barked loudly the first night almost until morning. It really disturbed sleep. You can also hear the voices of your neighbors. There was not enough soap in the dispenser. We also found a cockroach on the first day that probably came from the street. But this is the general problem of Spain. You just have to make sure that the doors and windows are not left open.

Pros: The whole apartment was very clean, spacious and bright. Very nice of host to provide coffee, biscuits and laundry pods, much appreciated.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very clean, good location, 5 minutes till the sea, where you can see the sunrise, 10 minutes till the center. All the shops are really close. Very nice quiet place. You have all you need in the apartment.

Estancia ideal

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio, si tengo que volver seguramente me vuelva a quedar ahí, de los sitios donde mejor nos hemos quedado

Pros: Está bien situado, a cinco minutos andando de la playa. Además, en el apartamento tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Bien

Pros: Bien equipado, aire acondicionado solo en el salón /cocina pero en la habitación grande tenía un ventilador de techo que para nosotros suficiente y en la habitación de las literas un ventilador portátil que nos hizo el apaño para el niño. Mosquiteras en las ventanas y muy nuevo todo. En cuanto a limpieza bien todo a excepción de suelo que mi peque gatea y termino nada más entrar con las rodillas y las manos negras… Fácil aparcar y zona tranquila

Pros: Apartamento limpio, cómodo y cerca de la playa de Sagunto y del paseo marítimo.En la zona hay variedad de restaurantes.Volveria.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó la ubicación,la limpieza y lo bien q está el apartamento, justo como las fotos.La llegada muy bien y rápida ,el aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Q más q decir,cerca de la playa, supermercado, bares....todo genial.Sin duda volveremos.
