Lux Penthouse Mediterranean views Beach front

Family of 4 - great stay just across from the beach.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. It is perfectly located across from the beach and since we were traveling with two young children (3 and 5y old) it was very convenient for us to just cross the street and be there. The shower on the balcony was really helpful when coming back from the beach. although we stayed there in July when temperatures outside were 33° we did find using the outer shutters and open up all windows and doors at night (and let the ceiling fans do their magic) worked well for us. Of course it’s not the same as an air-conditioned room. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as supermarkets that are also open on Sundays. Thank god there is parking with this apartment as it can be quite tough finding a park. Ana is very helpful and responsive if you do have any questions. We’d totally come back and have recommended this place to many.

Totally coming back to that view!!!

Pros: Ana the manager was amazing and super responsive! Most of all though….that VIEW was amazing!! Being able to hang out on the penthouse terrace was like nothing else! To make things better, there were even beach chairs, toys and wale boards hidden on the side of the terrace. Everyone in the area was friendly and was even able to find a restaurant that would let us take an entire paella pan up to the apartment to eat on the terrace as a family! We’re absolutely coming back!!

Pros: Die Lage ist super - insbesondere die Terrasse ist grossartig. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Ana kümmert sich zuverlässig um Rückfragen.

Cons: Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung kalt. Im Januar keine Überraschung, aber wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn es nicht 3 Tage gedauert hätte, um eine vertretbare Zimmertemperatur zu haben.

Las vistas lo mejor.

Pros: Me encantaron las vistas al mar. Estaba muy limpio. Tenía de todo, no nos hizo falta comprar nada de productos de limpieza, pinzas para tender la ropa... Tenían de todo.

Cons: En los detalles del alojamiento se dice con ascensor, pero solo llega hasta el 7° piso, por lo que si se va con personas mayores con movilidad reducida, como era nuestro caso, es un inconveniente. Hay dos habitaciones que están muy bien, pero luego hay otra que hay que sacar el mueble fuera si quieres usar las dos camas, y aún así caben justas... Yo diría que es para dos matrimonios y un niño. Y eso sí, tener batería en el móvil porque la puerta el primer día va con enlace. Nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de la playa por la mañana y darnos una ducha antes de comer e irnos, pero había que dejar el apartamento a las 12:00 y en la playa no hay duchas para quitarte la sal.

Wonderful location and great stay!

Pros: Great location just steps to the beach, the view from the balcony was wonderful and the apartment was very well equipped and very clean. We loved that there is patio furniture so we actually were able to enjoy the view while eating breakfast. The host, Anna, was very responsive and lovely.

Lux Penthouse Puerto de Sagunto

Pros: Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented accommodation. Ana the owner seemed very nice and helpful via WhatsApp messages. Was a bit more expensive than other properties we have booked on this trip but in fairness it has a third bedroom which we didn't need to use and is ideal for larger travelling parties. Would definitely recommend.

Un sogno che è diventato realtà

Pros: È difficile spiegare in poche righe quanto sia stata incredibile la nostra esperienza in questo appartamento, la struttura ha la vista mare più bella che ho potuto vedere in tutta la mia vita, arredamento nuovissimo, e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Ringraziare Anna per averci consigliato i ristoranti, e per tutte le altre indicazioni non è abbastanza Cara Anna, ti auguro di poter avere sempre ospiti nella tua struttura perché chiunque vuole soggiornare a Valencia deve venire in questo appartamento!! È un peccato, che al momento non ci siamo molte recensioni, ma ho scritto così tanto a lungo, perché vorrei che tutti capiscano la fortuna che abbiamo avuto nel soggiornare al Lux Penthouse.
