Pros: There's a little park nearby, also a big supermarket is really close to the apartment. the bicycle track is also nearby. The apartment is really big with many rooms, it really takes some time to go from the bedroom to the living room :) A private parking spot in the underground parking, though you could find a spot near the building as well. But mostly would recommend this apartment only for those who have a car, because the beach is kinda far for walking.
Cons: Not clear enough instructions on where to find the trash cans, there're no cans near the building, found farther on the opposite side of the park. The plastic tiles on the walls in the bathroom are kinda broken, needed to be fixed to stop the water from going between the tile and the wall I think. There was a claws sound in the living room, probably a dog living above, but no barking, only claws sound. But no sounds in the bedroom, so that was not bothering at all at night. the underground parking spot is small, not for a long car, but it's totally ok for hatchbacks. Because of the underground parking it's always a bad smell of exhaust gas in the elevator, unfortunately, as also it smells a lot in the underground parking because seems there's no forced extractor fan there. Also dirty windows. It has a good big window in the living room with a kinda good view, but dirty windows make it not a pleasure to watch in it - those windows definitely should be cleaned.

Pros: Very spacious, clean, modern apartment, secured garage in the basement, fully equipped kitchen, very good flow on the showers, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, big fridge/ freezer.. Everything was brand new: kettle, coffee maker. There was also a toaster but we didn't use it. Really felt like home. The host provided full , clear instructions on how to collect the keys. We ask for an extra set of linen to sleep in separate beds and it has been provided in the same day. Very nice hosts even if we haven't met face to face. Excellent communication via whatsapp and booking.com. There are plenty of shops around: mercadona, carrefour, lidl, aldi and others. Restaurants on the beach.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. You better rent a car if you want to visit Valencia. The closest beach is 3km away, therefore you need a car as well. But we already knew this.

Große Wohnfläche mit Klimaanlage.
Pros: Die schöne große Wohnfläche und die Einrichtung. Die Fenster waren gut gedämmt so das kein Lärm von draußen zuhören war. Die Zimmer richt super aufgeteilt und die zwei Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne waren perfekt für uns. Die Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz.
Cons: Der Balkon viel zu klein wenn man es Balkon nennen kann. 1x2 Meter also eher ein Waschraum oder Abstellraum mit Fenster. Die Wände sehr dünn so das man Hunde im Haus gehört hat. Das laute bellen und das hin und her rennen hat einen gestört. Das Sofa war abgenutzt und nicht gereinigt.

Pros: Все добре. Незначні дрібниці що можна було покращити, але в цілому все добре.
Cons: Просто побажання зробити наліпки на милі та шампуні в душі, бо ми так і не зрозуміли я якій ємності знаходиться шампунь (чи його немає?). І було б непогано залишити на кухні сіль щонайменше. Але це не претензія.

Pros: Hervorragender Zustand und Lage der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Mitarbeiter dieser Wohnung kümmern sich um ihre Kunden und die Wohnung. Wir sind nach Castellon geflogen und haben ein Auto gemietet. Übrigens verfügt die Wohnung über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was sehr praktisch ist. in der Nähe von Consum 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Valencia ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Es war eine neue Stadt und ein neuer Ort für uns. Es gibt viele verschiedene Eindrücke. vielen Dank.
