Pros: The owner has clearly put a lot of time in to providing a nice experience for guests. The apartment is very up together for the area which is very traditional Spanish and quite rustic.

Pros: It was fully renovated and spotlessly clean. The host was also very helpful.

Pros: We stayed there for two nights and it was the right choice. Very clean, cosy apartment with everything you need for your stay (equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). The apartment is not very close to the sea or historical places, but we considered it rather an advantage as there was quiet and it was possible to park the car near the apartment. The hosts are very pleasant!

Pros: Sagunto has a great history, and the apartment had everything to make our stop here a perfect one: easy parking on the street, a kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to cook up a delicious dinner, and a quiet sleep before we continue on our most excellent journey.

Cons: it was all good. I appreciated the host's effort to be excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent value-cost ratio

Pros: The host is extremely active and helpful to get you to the location and inside the place. Everything is done trough messages, so you can do it without any foreign language knowledge. The flat is renovated, it's in a good condition. Even in November we could heat up the place to a comfortable level, which isn't a standard in Spain. Everything was really clean.

Cons: Parking could be an issue. We had to make several rounds, and in the end we were lucky, because we found a spot 250 m away from the place. Soundproofing is minimal, so if there are louder elements on the street, you can hear it in the building.

Pros: Нам дуже сподобалась квартира. В світлих тонах. Сучасний ремонт, нічого зайвого. Інтерʼєр продуманий до дрібниць. Усі три спальні з зручними ліжками, вся постіль новенька, гарно пахне. В кожній спальні є шафа для одягу, що дуже зручно. Також є змінний комплект рушників для кожного гостя, додаткова ковдра. Біля кожного ліжка є тумбочка з нічником. Робочий стіл теж у кожній кімнаті. Два санвузли новенькі. Все ідеально чисте! Інтернет- на вищому рівні! В кухні весь необхідний посуд, кухонне начиння. Є тостер, пральна машина, праска. Крім того, власник був дуже лояльним до нас. Так як у нас трохи змінились плани, власник пішов нам на зустріч і в режимі меседжеру продовжив дні нашого перебування. До Валенсії щогодини курсує автобу. Поїздка займає 40 хв. Пляж шикарний. Однозначно рекомендую квартиру!

Muy bien

Pros: Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy satisfactoria. El alojamiento es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal para disfrutar del puerto de Sagunto. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del anfitrión, que ha estado pendiente en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo y facilitó incluso la entrada antes de la hora prevista. Ese trato cercano y profesional marca la diferencia y nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. Como detalle a tener en cuenta, el apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor, aunque las escaleras son cortas y no resultan un problema. En general, una experiencia de 10/10.
