Comfortable.

Pros: As described. Great value for money. Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly hosting, very accommodating, gave us good local knowledge advices. Good location for us, as we were really interested in visiting Segunto old town but not paying Segunto prices. Plenty parking places next to the building.

Pros: Escogí este alojamiento por una noche por motivos de trabajo y fue muy fácil la interacción con la inquilina. Nos ha dado muchas facilidades para el check in y ha sido una estancia muy cómoda. Todo ha sido a nuestro gusto. No es el mejor barrio, la mejor ubicación o la estancia mas lujosa porque al final ese tampoco es el objetivo de este tipo de alojamiento. Calidad-precio esta perfectamente equilibrado

Buena relación calidad-precio

Pros: El apartamento estaba limpio y cómodo. La anfitriona fue muy amable. Nos enseñaron todo el apartamento y entregado las llaves. La zona no era la mejor, pero bastante tranquilo, su ubicación es conveniente: hay muchos supermercados grandes, cafeterías, bares y un centro comercial. Hay que caminar hasta el mar, pero no nos importó, sobre todo porque íbamos en coche. Se puede aparcar el coche justo a la casa, lo cual es muy cómodo para nosotros. Quedamos satisfechos. Buena relación calidad-precio.
