Pros: great location if you choose a beach holiday. beach - 2 minutes walk, beautiful pool in the house, many restaurants nearby

Pros: Marvellous vista. Fantastic pool kids enjoyed greatly. Beach & sea is just few hundred meters away.

Cons: Slight noise coming from near-by high way, that one gets accustomed to quite quickly

Great location, very close to downtown Valencia (10-15m drive), 1 minute from the beach.

Pros: Was easy to keep in touch via Whatsapp. One minute from the beach. Apartment complex has a restaurant with basics (Coffee, breakfast, ..). Free parking is available in the complex's garage.

Cons: The apartment overlooks a highway; luckily it is further away, with some minimal noise. Pool only opened on June 1st, so we ended up not using it.

Pros: Apartment was clean with a nice view. If you keep the windows closed highway noise is minimal. Pool is just great, huge with small baby pool, restaurant on site and kids playground. Just 2 min walk to the beach. Free parking a little tight but nothing you can’t handle.

Cons: Huge issue through the night with smell in the whole city area crazy bad sewage smell several times through the night probably released from sewage water separater in the area!!! Make sure to keep windows closed through the night!!!!
