Pros: Nice and clean place, good view, nice and helpful host.

Cons: For the moka coffee maker, there should be a stand for the cooker, you need to hold it until it is done.

Great stay, fast communication and close to the beach

Pros: Everything was great,, we enjoyed the view from the balcony and had a swim just in front of the building. It was easy to find bicycles for rent and these could be safely stored at the apartment building. Spacious and has a laundry machine (no dryer but things dried fast on the balcony). The owner communicated well.

Cons: The double bed was not the most advanced quality but we did sleep well.

Simple but nice and great location by Valencia’s beach.

Pros: Really nice easy place, host made a lot of effort to communicate in detail on parking / keys etc.. The location is great for the beach and it has a lovely sun balcony overlooking the sea.

Cons: Staff in the complex (reception / restaurant) could be a little bit friendlier.

Pros: Spacious apartment with astonishing view of the sea. Personal was super friendly and helpful. Quality/price is more than good. Apartment is pet friendly.

Cons: Google.maps navigate a little bit wrong (it navigate to parking entrance). You need go forward, main door to the complex is faces the sea

Nice flat for visiting Valencia

Pros: Quiet place, nice view from the balcony, spacious living room. Comfy parking is the best advantage. Also the location - a 10 min drive from Valencia center.

Para pocos días.

Pros: Ubicación buena, delante de la playa. Apartamento cumple con lo que necesitas para unos pocos días. Una estancia larga, no sé.

Cons: Recepcionista de complejo muy antipático y desconfiado. Algo caro para lo que ofrece. No estaba super limpio el apartamento. Cuna mala y sin colchón.

Pros: Funcional, es decir para la época del año que hemos ido, no puedo valorar mas, está claro que sí vas en época estival variaría mucho con la piscina en el recinto y la playa cruzando la calle.
