Apartamento en primera línea de la playa a 15 minutos de la Ciudad de Valencia

Pros: Everything. Very well equipped, clean, ocean view, quiet

The pool is seasonal. We loved Valencia and the apartment was just what we were looking for!

Pros: Very easy, the host met us at the airport to hand over the keys. She was very helpful and was waiting for us as we came out of arrivals.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool is seasonal so it was clsoed when we were there in October. The good thing is that the beach was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the weather and water temperature were perfect.

EXELENTE

Pros: Nos esperaron para recoger la llave en mano y enseñarnos la casa, la casa está muy bien, tranquilidad, con todos los servicios y mas de lo que puedes esperar y super vistas a la playa, y nos recomendó restaurante que estaba muy bien.

Cons: Tener que finalizar las vacaciones. Lo demás nos encanto.

Alles war super!

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, groß und geräumig und die Vermieter waren überaus nett!

Pros: Отличный вид, чисто, уютно, есть все необхдимое. За неделю успели привыкнуть как дома.

Cons: Далековато до супермаркета, но если не пугают пешие прогулки то норм.

Uitzicht, uitzicht en strand.

Pros: Het is echt een héél ruim appartement! Comfortabele meubels, 2 badkamers met toilet. Keuken goed voorzien van materialen, maar ook vaatwasser en wasmachine. Schoonmaakmiddelen ruim voorzien. Niet te vergeten: Het strand op paar minuten lopen.

Cons: Je zit op de 17e verdieping, er zijn 3 liften. Soms moet je even wachten op de lift. Maar het is het echt waard.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gute Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht.

Cons: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur zwei Ventilatoren über den Lampen, hier haben wir etwas anderes erwartet. Aufgrund des Windes im 17 Stock war es noch erträglich. Würde mir beim nächsten Besuch eine richtig Klimaanlage wünschen. Deswegen ein Punkt Abzug bei der Ausstattung , die ansonsten sehr gut ist und keinen Wunsch offen lässt.

Pros: Wonderful location if you have the car. Nice promenade along the beach. Convenient parking. Great sea view from the balcony. Not far from a small center with restaurants and a supermarket. Apartments are very clean, equipped, warm welcome. Ubicación maravillosa si tienes coche. Bonito paseo marítimo junto a la playa. Aparcamiento cómodo. Magníficas vistas al mar desde el balcón. Cerca de un pequeño centro con restaurantes y un supermercado. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y equipados, y la bienvenida es cálida.

Cons: I have no idea... maybe you could stick some drawing on the glass balcony door, it's too clean, you might not notice that it's closed :). And please, slightly firmer pillows in the second bedroom too, otherwise everything is perfect! No tengo ni idea... quizás podrías pegar algún dibujo en la puerta de cristal del balcón, está demasiado limpia, puede que no notes que está cerrada :). Y por favor, almohadas un poco más firmes también en la segunda habitación, por lo demás todo perfecto!

Heerlijk appartement!

Pros: De locatie net buiten Valencia was makkelijk te bereiken met onze huurauto. Heel dicht bij zee en supermooi zeezicht uitzicht vanaf de 17de etage. Groot appartement. Heel goed contact met de verhuurster, die echt heel erg behulpzaam was.

Cons: Restaurantjes op 20 a 30 min lopen, net als supermarkt. Voor ons geen probleem (je kan natuurlijk ook de auto pakken)

Pros: La casa estaba en perfecto estado, con todo lo necesario y muy cuidada y bonita. La vista era espectacular.
