Pros: Super view from the terrace. Padel courts on the premises.

Cons: Hot water took long to run.

For this week it was possible to rest and regain energy for work :)

Pros: Staying at the end of February. Flat located out of the way, access recommended by private car. Located high up on the 15th floor, large balcony with table and chairs, good view of the beach and sea, private space in underground parking. The flat has electric heating, there is everything you need for a week's rest, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Hot water from the gas heater. In the morning you are woken up by the sound of the sea and the first rays of the sun, very pleasant.

Cons: The electrical system is weak and trips fuses at high load. The gas water heater needs an urgent overhaul. The hot water in the kitchen does not work. If the wind blows, you can hear it in the rooms, the windows are not fully sealed. Keys should be available for collection in the code box.

Pros: Great location. Great view from the balcony. The apartment is fully ready for a living with all the electric supplies in the kitchen. Better to get there by car. Shops, malls, few sights are reachable by car. The owner is a great person. Very friendly and communicative. Gracias, señor! Estamos contentos!

Cons: If the weather is windy then you feel it inside. Better have the earplugs. But it depends on a time when you arrive.

Gute Ausstattung und Lage am Meer. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Auto erforderlich.

Pros: Der Ausblick auf das Meer war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Probleme wurden stets zeitnah behoben. Die Nachbarschaft ist schön ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles.

Cons: Es war nicht möglich, die Räume richtig warm zu bekommen. Wir mussten uns den Radiator abends ins Schlafzimmer stellen, da es sonst eiskalt war. Aber daran ist natürlich die kalte Jahreszeit Schuld. Man darf hier nicht so empfindlich sein. Die Dusche braucht sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Infrastruktur. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Für uns war das alles aber kein Problem.

Calma y comoda

Pros: Es amplio, cerca de la playa, wifi bueno, silencioso, vista del balcon, tiene todo lo que se necesita

Cons: Hay que prender el agua caliente unos cuantos minutos antes de querer ducharse. Se necesita auto para todo, no hay supermercado ni mas que un restaurante cerca (lo sabiamos asi que teníamos auto y no fue un problema) para ir a la playa es ideal.

Pros: L appartement est très bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout se dont nous avons besoin. La vue sur la mer magnifique

Cons: Absolument rien, tout étais parfait

Großartiger Sonnenaufgang 🌄

Pros: Sehr gute Lage Auto jedoch notwendig. ca 7 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Autobahn hört man nicht. direkt am Strand, Promenade zum spazieren gehen vorhanden, wunderschöner Blick vom Apartment im 15. Stock aufs Meer, 2 Aufzüge vorhanden, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten inkl. Wäscheständer.

Cons: Achtung Garagenplatz ist wirklich sehr eng! Nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, unser Mietwagen ( Renault Captur) war schon etwas zu groß.

Super wyjazd, super apartament

Pros: Widok na morze, duża powierzchnia mieszkania, bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie (sprzęt i materiały eksploatacyjne) dwie toalety, duży balkon, blisko do plaży

Cons: zamknięty basen (2 połowa września), brak sklepów (naprawdę w ogóle nic), mała częstotliwość komunikacji - autobus 112 (pn-pt 1xgodz., sb-nd 1x2godz.). Dobra rada: przygotować się na powyższe lub wynająć samochód P.S. Nam to trochę przeszkadzało, ale nie miało większego znaczenia.

Pros: Se estropeó la nevera y el anfitrión al día siguiente la reemplazó, siendo domingo. Muy amable y servicial.

Pros: La propreté la vue sur la mer l’appartement en lui même l’accueil et les conseils du propriétaire
