The apartment is very well furnished and ideal for short stays.

Pros: The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Ideal for a few days. With basic items for cooking. Good bus service to take you into the attractions, which is about 40 mins away, however you can see all parts of the city on the ride in. 5 mins walk to the beach with excellent restaurants and bars in walking distance. 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk.

Cons: The area is a little run down. However it looks like there are lots of new apartments been built.

Easy access, clean and great location.

Pros: Great little flat near to the beach and the tourist attractions. Couldn't have been more helpful and visited rapidly to sort an issue with the A/C. Quiet and secure. Lovely bathroom.

Cons: A kettle - why no kettle? Slightly sparse kitchen - could do with a bit more equipment and pans.

Cons: Hay un problema con el baño muy mal olor. (de parte del inodoro ) de la tuberia todos los días estaba el mal olor y el extractor muy pequeño no podía sacar ese mal olor de la tuberia del inodoro

Maravilloso para descansar

Pros: Nos encanto todo! la equipación de cocina, tiene nevera que enfría muy bien, tiene tostadora, platos de todo tipo, vasos, cuchillos ect, el detalle del lavavajillas para los platos. La cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas también . El sofá cama también era cómodo. El baño todo lo necesario y la ducha es relajante. Esta a unos metro caminando a playa Malvarrosa 7 min. Repetiremos sin dudarlo! perfecto para ir con amigos o en pareja.

Cons: Nada. Nosotras volvíamos siempre 20:00 al apartamento para evitar salir por noche, por el barrio. Por el día hay gente y no pasa nada. Con lo cuál se disfruto de estancia mejor.

Pros: Студия со свежим ремонтом, новой мебелью и сантехникой. Есть все необходимое. 5 минут пешком до пляжа и до супермаркета. Метро в 20 минутах ходьбы, но можно подъехать на автобусе. Мы пара со взрослым ребенком - нам было комфортно. Понравилось, то что вход сразу с улицы. Заселились по коду.

Cons: Отсутствие кухонных полотенец

Pros: Schönes großes Apartment. Alles neu und sauber. Küche vorhanden mit Kaffeemaschine. 10 Minuten zum Strand zu laufen.

Cons: Die Lage. Abends sollte man aufpassen.
