Pros: We loved our stay here.. 10 mins from the beach & lovely local restaurants. Nearby Buses & trams straight into valencia.

This apartment was ideal for good access to university, beach and public transport.

Pros: Modern, clean and good location for University. Quiet, residential area. Close to public transport. Ten minute walk to beach. 24 hour helpline was very good.

Cons: Not easy to find to begin with. The address was 37, but the door had 3 on it so that was confusing. The door code was tricky to use, so needed to download App, but concerned in case phone battery ran out. Bathroom sliding door got stuck and stayed open, fine as I was on my own, but not if I had company.

Pros: Vicina alla spiaggia circa 10 minuti. Nonostante la struttura sia a livello strada si è potuto riposare. Bene il parcheggio. Mezzi pubblici comodi.

Cons: Il quartiere ha dei problemi di fognature piuttosto maleodorante e l'odore e spesso presente nel bagno presenza di blatte nell'appartamento, si consiglia di lavare il copridivano più spesso.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko plaży, kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów, przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Super zestaw startowy - oliwa, sól, pieprz i 2 kapsułki do ekspresu.

Cons: Zapach kanalizacji i długo utrzymująca się wilgoć w łazience.

Pros: Me encantó la limpieza y el espacio bien aprovechado,la tele nueva y con opciones de netflix y varias aplicaciones.

Cons: La ubicación no es muy bueno por estar en un barrio bastante problemático que no se indica en ningún lado,en la calle de la derecha es mejor no ir de noche.

Pros: Nos ha encantado el apartamento, super funcional y muy buena ubicación, al lado de la playa. Estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Si vuelvo a Valencia sin dudas repito aquí.
