Valencia is a wonderful city.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Very good location - next to the wonderful beach of Valencia. Peaceful and pleasant place.

Cons: The hygiene in the apartment. Dirty toilet, bathroom, towels, kitchen, floor. Probably the host does not know that it is not cleaned properly.

Super cómodo y agradable

Pros: El apartamento es muy amplio y desde la terraza se sube a otra terraza ático más grande que está muy agradable, está nuevo y limpio, y la ducha es moderna con alcachofa grande arriba y otros dos chorros a media altura más la ducha normal está guay, está mucho mejor que otros apartamentos que he estado por un precio similar y a 5 minutos de la playa y del supermercado, volveremos.

Pros: Zona tranquila, cerca de la playa y de locales de restauración. Zonas comunes excelentes. El ático es muy bonito y cuenta con un solarium espectacular. El propietario nos hizo todo muy cómodo.

Pros: Its an amazing space, first hotel in Spain with a full bed, great TV service, the roof garden is great to relax or entertain and have some food or drinks, the full kitchen and washer machine help us to arrange the food and the clothes after 15 days in Spain, was a full relaxing experience, would definitely come back to this place with more time to fully enjoy, beach was an 8 minute walk and beautiful locations.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage, für jeden Urlaub geeignet

Pros: In der Nähe vom Strand, ein Supermarkt (Konsum) ist in der nächsten Straße. Es befinden sich Haltestellen mehrere Buslinien in fußläufiger Nähe, so dass man schnell alle möglichen Ziele erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und Top ausgestattet. Klima, Küche usw, alles vorhanden. Es gibt einen Balkon und darüber noch zusätzlich eine Dachterrasse. Der Strand ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Perfekt für Erholung, aber zu den Party-Hotspots kommt man auch zügig.

Cons: Ein Bewegungsmelder im Flur wäre schön, weil es erstmal stockfinster ist, wenn man aus dem Fahrstuhl steigt und dessen Tür sich wieder schließt.
