Apartamento moderno de 70 metros a 300 metros de la playa

Pros: Everything was very clean, the property was 300 meters from the beach, the apartment was very nice, and the owner was very kind and helpful.

Pros: All was perfect for this value. ,ou cannot find better.

Good for family activities

Pros: Perfect location for family activities. 3 min from the beach, rent a bike, bus station, pharmacy, grocery store etc. The lessor is really kind and avaliable for everything

Cons: Equipment is below average, and some infrastructure problems ( smell in the bathroom, humidity due shower leaks... )

Pros: Good location close to the beach. The host is great and very happy to help with everything. Great communication before and during the stay.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor and can be quite noisy especially in the morning when the bin lorries empty the bins. Also, maybe not very clear from the add, the bedroom doesn't have a window, actually the only windows are by the door and being on the ground floor they are semiblocked for privacy.

Pros: It is very well positioned,very close to the beach. Easy access for stroller and family with kids. It is clean and good space for a couple of days in Valencia. Very close to the bus station, supermarkets, restaurants. The host was amazing, he provided all the information we needed and above expectations, he provided a list with his main reccommendations in Valencia in terms of restaurants, attractions, supermarkets etc. He promptly answered our messages on WhatsApp. He was very friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure meeting him.

Cons: There were no windows in the bedroom and in the bathroom. A dishwasher would have been perfect as well.

Pros: Very nice host, always helpful. The apartment is very close to the beatiful beach, near two supermarkets and few restaurants and pubs. Very good place, I recommend strongly :)

Beach apartment

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful and quickly responded to queries. The location was close to the beach and there were bus stops near as well as supermarkets. The apartment had a really good kitchen and spacious bathroom. Air conditioning was also good. Parking on the street was ok and free of charge you just have to find a place which wasn’t a problem.

Cons: Usterka klimatyzacji ale na szczęście nie było aż takiej dużej potrzeby ją używać

Tutto bene

Pros: Ottima la posizione, difronte c’era la fermata dei bus, anche se noi ci siamo spostati con uber che costava pochi euro e non avevamo vincoli di orari,l host telefonicamente é sempre stato presente rispondeva subito lo consiglio….inoltre proprio vicinissimo c’è un bar un piccolo market e una farmacia.
