Pros: Big apartment. All the possible kitchen facilities. Furniture is old but still comfortable and everything works fine. This is not the best district of Valencia, but I felt myself absolutely safe travelling with young wife and small child.

Superbe appartement et accueil généreux

Pros: Accueil formidable, la propriétaire était très sympatique et nous a beaucoup aidé - elle nous a prêté une carte de métro et nous a montre toutes les zones importantes du quartier. Logement au top, bien grand et parfait pour un séjour en famille, tout équipé comme a la maison.

Great spot!

Pros: Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good bed. Close to public transportation. Mitra met us late and had thoughtfully gotten us some food and wine. She was as nice as could be.

Pros: Võõrustaja väga kompetentne ja abivalmus. Appartment hästi varustatud, olemas kõik vajalik. Head madratsid. Palju ruumi. Olemas ja töötab kõik tehnika ja abivahendid. Trammi ja bussi peatused kolme minuti käigus. Randa trammiga sõita 20 minutit, bussiga saab kesklinna väga ruttu ja jalgsi pooletunniga. Viie minuti käigus on Arena Mall.

Cons: Appartmendis ei olnud ammu remondi. Miljöö ja mööbel ka väsinud. Aknad omapärased, kaetud kilega. Duši ruum on väga väike ja kitsas, kuid puhas. Duši kardin on lühike, ei hoia ära vett, mis tuleb põrandale. Rõdu on kitsas ja praktiliselt kinni ehitatud. Rajoon on multinatsionaalne, kuid inimesed viisakad ja rahulikud.
