Pros: Apartment has really good location,you can get to city Centre within 10 minutes which is very easy and fast Inside was clean and cozy, a lot of space and because of that you feel very free and comfortable Would definitely recommend to everyone

Perfekter Ort für eine Städtereise. Zentral, geräumig, sicher und sauber.

Pros: Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Alles sehr unkompliziert, gemütlich und sauber. Die riesige Dachterrasse mit liebevoller Bepflanzung, Gartenmöbeln und einer Außendusche war das absolute Highlight. Der sehr nette Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Innenstadt, UBahn, Bus, Supermarkt, etc. fußläufig und unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sicher.

Cons: Absolute Ruhe ist in einer Großstadt nicht zu erwarten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (was wir als sehr positiv empfanden) an einer größeren Straße direkt über einer Bar/Bistro. Nach nächtlicher Schließung des Lokals wurden dort die Stühle zusammengeschoben, was zu extremer Lautstärke geführt hat. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher hellhörig. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Csak ajánlani tudom, aki belvárosi szállást keres.

Pros: Sergi a szállásadó, nagyon kommunikatív volt. Mindent részletesen elmondott az érkezés és a távozással kapcsolatban. Javasolt zárt parkolót is a közelben amit igénybe is vettünk. A lakás modern, kényelmes, tiszta és mindennel felszerelt volt. Meglepően csendes is volt, pedig jól ismerjük a spanyol vékony falakat, hogy mennyi kellemetlenséget tud okozni az áthallás. Az apartman kiváló lokációban volt. Pár perc séta a belváros. Bevásárlás is 10 méterre de a híres valenciai piac is 5 percre található. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek ezt az apartmant. Ha újra Valenciába jövünk, biztos, hogy csak ide.

Cons: Ilyen nem volt.

Un piso muy lindo

Pros: El piso estaba impecable, muy cómodo, muy bien aislado del ruido, las camas muy cómodas, la terraza bellísima y amplia

Cons: Faltan algunos utensilios como cuchillo de pan, olla grande y los vasos muy justos por lo que no se podía llenar el lavavajillas, había que prenderlo con pocas cosas para poder tener vasos, por otra parte la esponja para lavarlos a mano estaba usada y vieja por lo que esa no era una opción y el jabón de la ducha con una cantidad mínima que si lo hubiésemos usado todos no nos habría alcanzado.

Pros: Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt, Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, sodass man sich wohl fühlen konnte. Die Terrasse war sehr schön mit einer Dusche welche sehr nötig war bei diesen heissen Temperaturen. Supermarkt 1min. entfernt grosser.

Cons: Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist nicht sehr schön, aber ist grundsätzlich keinen Kritikpunkt einfach zum anmerken. Die Türe war manchmal ein wenig aufständlich zum öffnen da sie klemmte.

Valencia

Pros: Grande attenzione del proprietario ad ogni esigenza, appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio, bella e spaziosa terrazza

Cons: Vicino all'appartamento c'erano grossi lavori edili di ristrutturazione con conseguente rumore. Naturalmente è una casualità non dipende dal proprietario

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well locate.

Pros: Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sergi is an outstanding host—he sent us all the necessary information before our arrival and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. The place is well-maintained, and they thoughtfully leave items from previous guests, like olive oil and paper towels, for others to use. Additionally, there are maps and city guides in the living room to help explore the area. What we encountered far exceeded what the pictures show.

Pros: Schönes geräumiges Apartment mit großer Terrasse, gut ausgestattet, in zentraler Lage. WhatsApp Kontakt mit Sergi, unserem Host, war super: detaillierte Infos nicht nur zu organisatorischem, sondern auch darüber hinaus z.B. zur Fest der Fallas. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

Belle giornate a Valencia in un appartamento confortevole e silenzioso.

Pros: Posizione ottima, veramente strategica con i mezzi pubblici comodi e il contro storico a un passo.
