VLC HOST - Molina del Palau

Pros: Beautiful new modern spacious clean comfortable well equipped apartment, very quiet, absolutely no noise and bed was very comfortable. Big supermarket Mercadona right next to the apartment. 30min walking distance from the center going through Rusafa the cutest neighbourhood. Easy check-in and check-out. Host responded quicky to messages and let us have an early check-in.

Cons: Doesn't have a window and view.

Pleasant stay in Valencia

Pros: I came to run the Valencia Marathon so I appreciated the proximity to the starting and finish lines, as well as the grocery store just next door. It’s small yet cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The communication with the managers was excellent and helpful, and checking was very easy. Also, the area was residential and quiet.

Cons: Not at all dealbreakers, but since the apartment is on the ground floor there is little natural light. We had to open the front door in order to circulate the air, otherwise it would get humid from showers and cooking. The bathroom door had trouble closing so it makes some noise in the middle of the night when you need to go but don’t want to wake others. While kitchen is well stocked with supplies, some of the utensils are of poor quality or need replacing.

Lovely, clean, fresh and spacious apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment and exceptionally clean. Once I got used to it, I really liked the use of the phone app to open up the apartment. Also, the communication from the hosts, before, during and after the stay could not have been clearer or more helpful. Would be pleased to stay there again.

Pros: The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance. The apartment has a quite large and equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Accessibility to the city center is about 15 minutes by bus.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor, so ventilation is only possible through high windows, which we could not reach. The sofa and kitchenette have small signs of use. The bathroom was missing towel racks, but these are just minor things.

A great apartment nearby the creative district of the city. Well equipped, perfect for a couples stay in Valencia.

Pros: The property was clean and very new. We had all amenities needed for a nice stay including coffee capsules, cleaning utensils etc.

Cons: The communication on the app wasn’t great, however the hosts reached out over WhatsApp as well. No toilet paper, which was a mishap, but for sure a one-off. The apartment was on the ground floor, you exist and you’re on the street, but at least the street was quiet and safe.

Nice apartment in a quiet area

Pros: Really nice fully equipped apartment (including a coffee machine, iron and a washing machine). Big bathroom. Comfy bed. It's located in a quiet area, 20min walking from city centre, bus stop 3min away e a supermarket just across the street. Modern system to lock and unlock the door.

Cons: There's no windows. The apartment is on the ground floor and the entrance door is at the pavement. No olive oil, salt and pepper, if you're cooking you have to buy them all. The AC is not strong enough to warm up the place.

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, furniture and kitchen equipment were new, thanks for hosting us!

Nice and modern apartment

Pros: Good location Good communication with staff Opening the door via app on the phone Well equip and New apartament Comfortable bed Clean I fully recommend

Cons: Ground floor, lack of regular window with possibility to open but from my opinion this is not a significant disadvantage

Perfect spot for a young couple

Pros: Design, fully equipped - iron, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer, literally next to supermarket Mercadona, parking available next to the apartments

Cons: The location was not superb for our needs (travelling with 2 kids), not that easy to go somewhere with public transport (need to change transport for 3-4 times)

Pros: Monolocale sulla strada (molto silenziosa) nuovo ed estremamente pulito, buona la posizione vicino a parecchi mezzi pubblici per tutte le direzioni, letto comodissimo, cucina con tutto il necessario, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ottimo il wifi, doccia enorme e molto comoda. Di fronte c'è un mega supermercato che vende anche piatti pronti. Ottima l'assistenza clienti.

Cons: Qualche problemino con la serratura, prontamente risolto dall'assistenza. Sarebbe stato gradito del sapone per la lavatrice (siamo rimasti una settimana) e alcune facilitazioni all'arrivo, per la cucina (ad esempio il sale o dell'acqua da bere).
