Pros: Very good location. A walking distance to Oceanograf or to the Port/beach. Bus station to the city center or Bioparc is very close. Ariyan was very welcoming and very attentive. He greeted us with wine and sweets. The apartment has everything you need.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor, right on the sidewalk. It feels a bit odd.

Pros: Very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Amazing bonus that the apartment had heated floor, so very convenient if you travel in winter, more coziness. Nice owner.

Pros: Excellent apartment in beautiful Valencia. It is located in a quiet area. Although it is on the ground floor, it is located in a quiet area, far from the street, in a park with a children's playground. It is equipped with the smallest things that are necessary for your stay. The owner is very hospitable and available if anything is needed. A bus to the center stops right in front, and the metro station is less than 10 minutes away. A well-stocked market that works until late at night is 5 minutes away. In our opinion, a really nice and excellent apartment for a family stay.

Pros: A very pleasant and cozy place. The room was clean, stylish, and well thought out, with a comfortable bed and good-quality bedding. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for relaxation. The location is great — close to the sea and with easy access to the city center. The host was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: There were no significant drawbacks; everything met our expectations.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pros: The apartment is in a great central location, a walking distance to the beach, pretty parks and malls. The owner, Ariyan is very friendly and helpful and was readily available if we had questions or needed anything. The apartment was beautifully/tastefully decorated, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever come back to Valencia.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I recommend accommodation in this apartment! Everything new and clean. the owner wonderful. We got a lot of tips on where to spend time. If you plan to visit Valencia then accommodation here is a must.

Amazing cosy apartment, well connected

Pros: We loved our stay there, Aryiani the host gave us lots of recommendations and met us to give us the keys, also got us some fresh fruits. Location is pretty good, outside of the busy centre but well connected via bus/uber, and walking distance from the City of Arts. The room is really nice, you can see they put effort in choosing good design for everything, it was cosy, dark and very quiet to sleep (I am a light sleeper so that´s really important to me). Bed and pillows were good, bathroom is big, it was super clean and everything worked out well. Neighbourhood is quiet and familiar, we felt very safe.

Cons: Nothing really. It´s in the first floor facing a small garden, but that´s pretty common for Valencia.

Great option for a vacation!

Pros: We had a wonderful vacation in Valencia and were very satisfied with our stay in this apartment! The apartment fully corresponded to the description: clean, cozy and very well equipped - there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Especially pleased with the presence of air conditioning, which is very important in the summer heat. Location is just excellent - near supermarkets, cafes, public transportation stops. You can walk to the “City of Arts and Sciences” and the beach. The host was very friendly and always ready to help - check-in went without problems, we were also given useful tips on sights and places where you can eat delicious food. The vacation was 100% successful! Thank you for your hospitality - we will definitely come back here again and recommend it to friends.

Amazing !!!

Pros: The property is located to various sights. It’s near the beach, near 2 malls close to the city of art only around 10 min walk! Everything was so close by and within walking distance due to this we didn’t spend anything on taxis. The host was great he was so generous and helpful he was always checking up on us to see if everything is okay! The accommodation itself is spacious and comfortable for 4 people and it’s very clean basically spotless! We enjoyed our trip very much and knowing we were in good hands made us feel at ease ! We highly highly recommend this host ! 10/10 everything!!!!
