Pros: Good position between the coast and Turia park, both of them walking distance. Safe neighbourhood, apartment big enough, good quality beds.

Cons: Sometimes nousy during the night due to proximity of the street. There is a bit of a bed smell from the kitchen all over the apartment

Good location & hospitality

Pros: The location was great, the beds very comfortable, easy to get in touch with the host that was very kind and polite with us during all the stay. The beach is close and the metro as well. Amazing price for what it offers. It was better than in the pictures. We'll sure go back again!

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located between the old town and the beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive.

Cons: The apartment is missing some basic kitchen essentials for meal preparation — even something as simple as kitchen cotton towels. It would also be great if an extra towel could be provided. The apartment has poor ventilation, especially in the bathroom, which causes moisture to build up, and after about three days the towels start to smell. Because of the lack of ventilation, the apartment itself has a bit of an odor, so I’d recommend adding some air freshener and perhaps a dehumidifier. Nothing major — just small things that can easily be improved.

Pros: The apartment is wonderful! I can confidently recommend it! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: all the appliances, kitchenware, and essentials. Clean and cozy. There are two double beds and a sofa (not foldable). The neighborhood is convenient, with many supermarkets, several bus stops nearby, and the metro not far away. Close to the beach, Turia Park, and the City of Arts and Sciences. The host is excellent and always available. Thank you for a great and comfortable stay!

Cons: Everything is fine

Pros: My children and I enjoyed staying in these apartments for a few days. Clean, updated interior. Supermarket and grocery store a few steps away. The beach is easily accessible by bus (bus stop 5 minutes walk away). Code locks are a separate bonus (very convenient). I recommend.

Cons: We had a night flight, but I was asked to vacate the apartment by 11 am. I had to change plans with three children and look for places where we could hide from the sun. But it was not a big problem, we visited the Science Museum and the Oceanarium.

Pros: The apartment is really nice and clean. Really good contact with owner.

Cons: Washing machine could be with dryer.

Pros: Javier is a very Kind guy who is always there to help. The apartment was very new and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a beautiful apartment!
