Pros: The location was convenient for exploring the Ciudad las Artes. It was nice to have plenty of room and two bathrooms.

Cons: The apartment is on a main road and is noisy at night.

Pros: Everything was very good. The apartment was nice and clean. The location was very convenient, situated between the beaches and the city center. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get everywhere.

Cons: Nothing, everythkng was great.

Pros: Great apartment with everything you might need for your stay! Spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, very comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location with proximity to metro and bus stop. Easy walk to the beach and a bit longer one but very enjoyable to the old city if you fond of walking. 2 supermarkets nearby which was also very handy Perfect stay, hopefully will be back!

Good value and perfect for an older family

Pros: Good apartment, better value than many others in Valencia. A twin room for my adult children. Too many hotels and apartments only have double beds.

Pros: The apartment is large and spacious. It has two bathrooms and a big kitchen. The location is excellent because it's situated between the sea and the city center. The owner was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended for a stay in this apartment.

Cons: It would be better if the towels were changed more often and if there was less dust.

Pros: Great experience and great apartment. Check-in via keybox was easy and convenient. The host provided all instructions we needed. Well equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes and even juicer. Localization is perfect since it is 20 mins by walk to the beach and the same time is needed to go to Ciudad de las Artes. Definitely recommend this place!

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a good central location

Pros: Communication with Alfonso was very easy and he made an effort to accommodate our needs. The apartment is really spacious and we had everything that we needed to make coffee, toast and to cook simple meals. The location of the flat is good for getting to the City of Arts and Sciences and to the beach, it's a little further to the Old Town but the bus no. 19 goes right there and the stop is very close by. There are lots of small grocery stores and cafés in the immediate neighbourhood and we really enjoyed it - it is ideally located for the marathon start/finish.

Cons: Everything was fine. We were a little bit cold at night time with only sheets and a thin blanket but found a duvet in the cupboard to put on the bed and that took care of it.
