I suggest this accomodation if you want to spend your staying in Valencia close to the beach

Pros: Fornitures were super, position very good for going to the beach and reach the oceanografic

Pros: We really enjoyed the apartments. The location is perfect between the beach and the city, so you can get everywhere quickly. Furthermore, the apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The host was also very friendly and helped us with the access codes

Pros: I never actually met the staff. I had only communicated with them through online messaging. Despite of this, I still find them very accomodating & friendly. The whole apartment is clean & spacious. It is ideal for a large group of travelers like us.

Pros: We are extremely satisfied with the apartment. The location is in the heart of Valencia, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is secure with a code, which we really appreciated. It is also very tidy and clean. The hosts were always available for anything we needed and responded quickly. We had no issues at all. We are very pleased and highly recommend it.

Pros: Well decorated . Only problem I had was getting an access code - all on line linkage i had to keep using google translate and it took us a long time to get access when we arrived . This new key code system remote registration could have a language option for tourists😂

Pros: The location was excellent. We did had an unfortunate event in our first reservation that we stayed all night in the car. At the Grandera, they helped us get in our room earlier than expected and the hours that are normally checking in. They literally saved our stay in Valencia. They send us the code for the appartment once it was ready. The place was clean and tidy, had every house appliance needed and extra sheet and duvets for every one to sleep with its own. Definatelly i would recommend stayin in, definatelly will book again myself.

Pros: excellent customer service - helped me at 2am after my delayed flight - i felt taken care of - this was a 5 star service and support - thank you!. Also apartment is large - plenty of space to move around.

Cons: close to the main street- loud in the morning. Also blind could not cover the door glass so was super bright at night

Pros: Very good location. Good idea with a key code in the door. Me & my friends we could return on the different time. The kitchen is a separate room so we weren't disturbing each other.

Pros: Location was close to the beach. Apartment was very clean with all the necessary items. The communication with the owner was really good, they were responsive and helpful when needed. They tried to help us with the check in time (they allowed us to leave the luggages and get changed before the check in time).
