Pros: Our host Anca (communication was completely smooth in English) met us in front of the complex where the apartment is located. The apartment has a garage parking space, which makes parking much easier. It is spacious, modern, fully equipped, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the cleanliness is at a very high level. A big plus is the glazed/enclosed terrace. The beach is about 250 m away, as well as the promenade. Recommended for families or friends, up to 6 people.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, in a clean well maintained and secure complex, very close to the beach. Public transport (bus) very close by, with a direct route to the city centre near the cathedral. Host Anca was very gracious and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Pros: Super friendly and helpful host. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. It was also close to Valencia.

Pros: The location was great, very close to the beach and a 10 min taxi into the centre of Valencia. Great underground parking too. Very happy with our stay.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need

Pros: The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Patacona beach. The complex has a lovely outdoor pool which we were able to use. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We requested a baby bed which was prepared on arrival. The communication with the host was very easy. We were very happy with everything!

Cons: The only grocery store in the immediate area is quite expensive.

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful host! We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped—just like in the photos. The host was extremely kind and responsive to any questions or needs we had. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
