Nice holiday, location and apartment

Pros: Nice location - close to the beach and bus/ train stations. Big supermarkets ( Mercadona) in the vicinity as well as a couple of nice beach restaurants. The apartment was wide enough for 2 adults and 2 babies. Easy access to the underground parking. The apartment by itself was clean and tidy. Owner was really polite and helpful . He responded on time to all our questions. Recommend without hesitation.

Cons: It the pool was open

Relaxing and Comfortable

Pros: Nice apartment, great Host, Very precise instructions for check-in and keys handling. The host offered recommendation on several topics. There is a Pool and Pedal court in the Flat complex for those who are intrested

Great Stay with comfort

Pros: Ambience of room was good. It was easy no human touch of handling a key of the apartment. It was all digital. Moreover the owner of apartment was easily available for any help or assistance required

Pros: The apartment is cosy, well equipped with all you need for cooking. The terrace is also nice and keeps you away from windy days. The property has also an inside parking place but we have found outside free parking. The area is away fron towns hustle and has in proximity Consum supermarket. If you arrive ln Sunday and all are closed, look for Carrefour Express. At 5 minutes walk you have an amazing wide beach with fine sand. Also pretty close there is Sablaya Port, like a hidden colourful gem. We have been to Science Museum, Agora and Guliver Park as towns attractions and we really enjoyed them! You can exist the town for main roads easily and explore areas like: Xativa castle, Peninscola city and castle, San Jose caves with boat trip, Montanejos thermal waters. Also Aitorr, the host is a really nice person! Enjoy Valencia!

Cons: On the main roads there arent many car stations and the one we have found was full of trash. But the ones from city are ok.

Pros: Ideal for a longer family stay. The apartment complex is good - guarded, cleaned, nice pool. The neighborhood is perfect for stay with kids - quite, no night life around, supermarket nearby, very close to the sea, awesome and very wide beach. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Trips to museums, oceanarium and zoo are bearable - 40 minutes public transport, way faster on taxi. Aitor is amazing host, very helpful.

Cons: This and that needs fixing, which didn’t bother us, but some might complain. Cooking was somewhat challenging at times - there are plenty of pans and pots, but most are not really usable.

perfect break.

Pros: the property is not designer or necessarily modern but it is the most functional and well equipped apartment we have stayed in - it has everything you need! Aitor, was amazingly helpful, thank you.

Cons: there’s only one thing wrong with the whole stay - the lack of cotton bed sheets- otherwise it’s a 10/10!

Pros: Great apartment, well equipped, within a short walk from the beach and several lovely restaurants. Also bus stop outside apartment takes you straight into the city.

Pros: Można poczuć się jak w domu! Przytulny wystrój, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia to ogromny plus. Dostępność ręczników czy możliwość korzystania z pralki to również duże udogodnienie! Lokalizacja na plus jeśli chodzi o dojście do plaży :) fantastyczny kontakt z właścicielem :)

Cons: Nic takiego przez co pobyt byłby gorszy jednak popsuty śmietnik, który bardzo interesował naszego bobasa, pilot nie do końca działający i stary odkurzacz, ciężki przy użytkowanoi. Pomyślcie też o umieszczeniu środków chemicznych nieco wyżej niż w szafce pod zlewem w kuchni wtedy na pewno obiekt będzie bardziej family friendly :)

Het verblijf was super.

Pros: Goeie communicatie met de host. De ligging van de accommodatie was super. Met de taxi sta je met 15 min in het centrum. 400 meter van het strand. 5 a 10 min lopen heb je een supermarkt. Fietsverhuur in de buurt.
