Pros: The apartment was great. Very spacious. A new package was left with a new dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, towel, etc., as well as coffee capsules and a bottle of water. It was clean, plenty of towels. The location was convenient for us, close to attractions. Going downstairs, there was a bakery, a fruit and vegetable stall, several large supermarkets, etc. We will definitely recommend it to others. We were constantly contacted, clearly and with video instructions on how and where to arrive, how to check in, as much information as possible was provided so that there were no problems. I rate 100 points. :)

Pros: We had a great stay in the apartment. Fully furnished with everything we need, the kitchen was a great asset for us. The resting room and lockers available to keep our lagguage was very handy. Good location near the city of arts and science. Easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Ealier check in and late check out options were not available.

Great propriety!
Pros: The apartment was really great, big, enough space for everyone. The kitchen was pretty well equiped, if you wanted to cook some basic things or just warm them up. The beds were really comfy, clean. Really close to coffee shops, supermarkets, fruit places. The bus stop was a 2-3 min walk and the metro an 8-9 min walk. Pretty quiet neighborhood, the people were nice. You can store the luggage in a very safe place in the building. The communication with the administration was great, very friendly and helpful anytime!
Cons: The walls are really really thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors and if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem if there is a party some night. Also the bathrooms could use a little touch up, the toilet and the sink were a little wobbly and they could use some hooks and accessories. Other than that, perfect!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very kind, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Communication was easy and smooth from start to finish. The location is perfect – we were able to walk everywhere, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. There is a market right next to the apartment, and it’s also very close to the park, which was great for relaxing walks. The apartment itself is spacious, big enough for a comfortable stay, and very functional with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A clean, comfortable gem in a great location
Pros: Excellent communication throughout. Clear explanation of how to access the apartment and the parking. Macflats responded immediately to any queries and messaged to say that they available if we needed anything extra and to check everything was OK. Parking was secure, reasonably priced and easy to access. Beds were very comfy and the apartment was very clean with more than enough room for our family of 5. Location was good outside of the historic centre so we could see more of the city. Plenty of shops, bakeries and coffee shops right on the doorstep. Easy to walk into the park, historic centre, Cabanyal district and Science and Arts complex. Really reasonably priced for a great flat in the city.
Cons: The only suggestion would be hooks on back of doors, especially in the bathroom and some scissors in the kitchen.

Pros: Beds are comfortable, the bus stop is nearby, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious and excellently equipped with everything you might need.
Cons: Thin walls. We stayed during a period when the outside temperature was around 10 °C, and the air conditioner in the living room was not able to properly heat the room.

Pros: Great apartment, comfortable, with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms which is great. It is neat and clean. The building is in a quiet area with two large markets and a bakery right next to the building. It is a big advantage that there is a space provided to safely leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in
Cons: A friendly advice is just to improve the equipment of the kitchen a little.
