Pros: Location is very good, closed to the famous science city and universities.

Cons: The double size bed in the second floor is only suitable for one adult, because if the person turn over and fell down the bed, he will fell down to the first floor directly. It is very dangerous. So the bed in second floor need to be installed tight fence around.

Room is very cozy, nice, fully-equipped and spacious like the photos as shown.

Pros: Room is very cozy, clean, fully equiped and spacious. The owner is kind and helps me during my stay via whatsapp. The key was put in front of the door, easy to open (but at first the owner told me the wrong password but I could call him eventhough it's at 10.00 pm, very late at night). I and my family are very happy to stay here the most.

Cons: There is no parking at the apartment, but can find free parking around there.

Sehr schönes komfortables Apartment

Pros: Ich habe mich während meines 3-tägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war schön geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist das bequeme Bett und die hervorragende Dusche.

Bon séjour avec à la fois la proximité de la mer et l'accès au centre historique assez facile en bus

Pros: La tranquillité de l'hébergement, quartier peu touristique, supermarché très proche, boulangerie, épicerie, décoration soignée.

Cons: Logement assez sombre et mal aéré.

Pros: Das Apartment war groß gemütlich und hat genauso ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage zu allem, was wir brauchten(Supermarkt)/wo wir hinwollten(ca. 20 min zur Innenstadt, ca. 20 min zum Strand, 5 min Gehweite zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln), war hervorragend.

Cons: Das Apartment hätte sauberer sein können. Also Menschen, die keine Kakerlaken aushalten, werden hier eher ein oder zwei mal erschreckt.
