Big flat with home comfort

Pros: We asked for an early check in but unfortunatelly was not possible but the host was very kind to let us leave our suitcases at 12 pm and asked us to come back at 15 to check in. The flat is at ground level with easy access. It was important for us because we travelled with an 12 years old baby. Kitchen is new with all you need including washing machine. Flat has a big nice terrace and 3 big bedrooms with comfortable beds. We asked for a baby coat and they provide us and also a baby chair!! There is a coffee expressor with some caps and they leave us also water and a map. Very nice🙏 Thank you very much for this comfort! It is for sure a baby friendly accommodation. Metro station Amistat (line 5, this is the line to the airport directly) is at 7 mins walk which was very helpfull. 20 mins walk to Aquarium but you can take the bus. Multiple buses at 3 min walk. On the same street at 2 min walk is a hipermarket Mercadona.

Cons: When we arrived, the floor was dirty, but we manage to find something in the apartment to wash the floor with. Our 12 months old is crawling all day long, so we need clean floors … The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, but we had pills and we put them in the washing machine. also the washing machine was full of dirty bed linen.

Great apartment, would highly recommend. Staff were lovely. Apartment had everything you need.

Pros: Muy amplio y renovado. Estuvimos muy cómodos y la terraza es perfecta para relajarse.

Cons: Pondría algún sofá más, zona de sofá un poco justa para 6 personas.

Pros: L’appartamento è spazioso, moderno e pulito. Ci sono tutti i presupposti per un ottimo soggiorno

Cons: Uno dei WC perdeva acqua (ma ho saputo che a Valencia in generale non ci sono ottime strutture idrauliche). Inoltre è stato difficile prendere le chiavi per entrare, la cassetta dove sono riposte è situata oltre il cancello e avendo fatto il check-in di sera non si riuscivano a vedere i numeri della combinazione per aprirla

Pros: Luxe appartement en goed contact met verhuurder. Een tussentijdse schoonmaak als extra gratis service.

Cons: Iets te harde kussens

Favoloso!!

Pros: L’appartamento è favoloso. Spazioso. Arredamento moderno bellissimo. Terrazzo spaziale. Super tranquillo. Comodo per arrivare in centro o al mare con i mezzi (ma anche a piedi volendo).

Estancia muy agradable

Pros: Cómodo, amplio y moderno .Bien equipado.Buena ubicación.Nos permitieron hacer el check in antes

Cons: Las instrucciones para el check in son muy confusas, en la práctica resulta más fácil.

Pros: Byt byl příjemný, moderně řešený a vpodstatě hned vedle supermarketu, takže každé ráno můžete zaskočit na čerstvé pečivo.

Cons: Sedací souprava byla rozbitá a v pokojích bychom uvítali raději více polic na odkládání věcí.

Pros: Très propre, les équipements sont complets et neufs. Air co, grande terrasse.
