Good

Pros: The PIN access for both entrances (the main entrance and the apartment) was very convenient. The location was great, and after check-out they kindly helped me with my baggage so I could continue sightseeing until my late-night flight.

Cons: When we arrived, the cleaning was not done properly. The fridge and some other items appeared to be only superficially cleaned. I reported this, and to their credit, they offered to clean again, which I appreciated. A more serious issue was the air conditioning. We stayed from December 23–27, and the AC did not function reliably. It would stop during the night with an E8 error and required being turned off and on again. As a result, I slept very poorly during our stay. I didn’t report it at the time because it was a holiday period and I didn’t think it could be resolved then, but I’m mentioning it now for future guests and hopefully it will be fixed. Also, it has some bad sounds.. Another thing to note is that the floors are entirely ceramic and not heated. In winter, they get extremely cold, so without slippers your feet will freeze, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom.

Pros: Super clean, quiet, very friendly welcome package on arrival! Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. The bed was one of the best I ever experienced on a holiday, slept like a baby. A minor problem with the plumbing was resolved within an hour despite the fact it was on a weekend! Perfect service, respectful and timely communication on top: I'll be back 😍

Cons: Super minor suggestion: a dish towel for the kitchen and a heating for the main room, since I caught one of the colder weeks in Valencia. Doesn't happen too often though I guess 😅

Pros: When there was a problem with wifi, the always available and friendly host resolved it immediately for me. (It was an isolated problem, wifi worked great during all of my stay.)

Great appartment on great location.

Pros: Appartment was great. It was very roomy, well facilitated, hosts were great in communication and location was very good. Near Parc Turia and metro. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Everything was great.

Great stay with an amazing host!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was fantastic – communication was quick and easy, and he was always ready to help if we had any questions. The code access worked perfectly, and we received all the necessary information in advance, so both arrival and departure were completely stress-free. The apartment was spotless, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so preparing a quick meal was no problem at all. The location was great — it’s halfway between the city center and the beach, so you can reach both by bike in about 10 minutes. It’s also not in a touristy area, which makes it feel much more local and authentic.

Cons: The only reason I’m not giving this place a full 10/10 is because the apartment we got was on the ground floor with windows facing the street. There’s an Italian restaurant right next door, so if you open the windows to air out (which you occasionally need to, since those are the only windows), you can clearly hear conversations from the restaurant’s terrace. However, if you’re lucky and get one of the apartments that doesn’t face the street, I’d have no hesitation giving this place 100%. Also, there was a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom, probably from previous guests, but that’s definitely not the host’s fault.

Pros: Clean apartment with excellent location. Everything is close with 30min of walk. The beach, downtown and oceanographic

Pros: Close to metro station and some convenience stores. Very comfortable mattress.

Super location and great staff!

Pros: +: superb location: many bus stops close by with different bus services that take you straight to the major places of attractions + beach + convenient: there are about 3 supermarkets plus a coffee shop just next door. Accessing the apartment with the code is also easy, no hassle of keys/ cards. + great staff: they checked in with us regularly and took the initiative to stock the kitchen with items that we will need for our stay

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia and will return in the future.

Pros: It was clean and very comfortable, near metro station , near bars and shops . We particularly were impressed by check in very smooth owner kept in contact. The wine , water and extras made it special . Thankyou we will deffo return.

Cons: Loved it all .

Pros: Modern, up to date and clean. Luggage drop after check out.

Cons: Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, location wasn’t that great for tourists as nothing is within walking distance you have to use taxis to get about. We had requested early check in as our flight was early in the morning, but the room wasn’t even ready for normal checkin time and we had to wait about with a 5 year old which wasn’t ideal. Also we were a family of 4 and were staying 5 days and had only 4 towels between us for the 5 days, any extra towels need were charged for.
