Apartamento cerca de la Playa y el Centro

Pros: Very close to metro and bus, literally couple min. Mercadona is very close also. There was a electric radiator available in the flat which came handy because the weather was rainy every day and we could dry our clothes.

Cons: Neighbours were a bit noisy.

Pros: Very good and smooth communication with Prudencio. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. There are shutters on all the windows, which allow for complete darkening of rooms. The neighborhood has shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The garage is 10 min walk distance, but still good to have own parking spot.

Cons: There are no mosquito nets on the windows, can be an issue in some months of the year. We were careful but still had a few in the apartment (2–3), which wasn’t too bad considering it was April. The location and connections are very good however not ideal if you would like to use public trasportation e.g. to the City of Arts and Sciences The biggest downside was combination of loud neighborhood and poor sound insulation. Basic house rules for keeping noise down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. are completely ignored. The noise was truly excessive – it went on until late at night and started again around 5 a.m. We live in an apartment ourselves and are used to some level of everyday noise, but this was on another level – very loud conversations, furniture being dragged around, and a TV blasting nonstop commercials filled with chatter and music from early morning hours.

Pros: Location was great, coffee great, kitchen equipped. Checkin without any problems, we could leave our luggage earlier.

Pros: Super central. Close to a bus and lovely pizza place

Cons: Rooms got a little warm, with the aircon in the lounge. But other than that it was great

Exceptional and Spotlessly clean

Pros: Excellent location and spotless clean. It was near valbenici bike park. 15 mins cycle to city centre and 20 mins cycle to beach. Also ery near Metro station. Lovely and quiet and very clean with plenty facilities in the appartment. Near local shops and pastry shops and bodegas. Every one was so friendly. I would definitely come back here again and the lady who gave us our key and showed us around was very friendly.

Cons: No problems.

It was a great stay for us (family of 4 with 2 kids - 8y and 4y). Great location, nice kitchen.

Pros: Great location! It’s spacious, kitchen is well equiped, very quiet most of the time.

Cons: Beds need updating (mattresses should be changed soon). Owner promised to update as soon as he can which is a great thing 👍🏻

Cons: Not clean enough

A wonderful time spend in a beautiful where 2 days are too short.

Pros: Although the host was on a distance somewhere else, communication went fast and easy (using a translator app) and he was very kind. We would definetely recommend the location. Only comment we can make (if we have to) is that for a short stay it is more convenient to be closer to the center.

Cons: We were happy with the accodomodation.

Pros: Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone.

Cons: Przydałoby się kilka obrazów, ozdób na ścianach. Żeby trochę ocieplić białe, szpitalne ściany.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира. Много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, чисто, удобно. Близко метро и автобус, к центру и на пляж. Рядом гипермаркеты. Прекрасно провели свой семейный отпуск, большое спасибо хозяйке.
