Pros: 10min walk to the beach, 15min by bike to the city center, very well equipped apartment, very spacious, very friendly and easily accessible owners, good restaurants, supermarket and bike rental within walking distance

Cons: just one little thing: there could be a parking space for bicycles

Well-kept Apartment close to the beach of Valencia

Pros: Close to the Beach, very well-kept Apartment, lovely interior that feels more like home. Very good equipment for everything you need in daily life and such warm area.

Cons: The Apartment is pretty sandy, as it´s close to the beach. Still, the floor could have been more clean

Pros: Great location - great personal touches from the host, like the breakfast

Pros: Big place. Comfy bed. The owner left food for us in the fridge so we could prepare a breakfast. Very close to the bus stop. Supermarket nearby. Short walk to the beach. Has all the amenities like iron, dryer, etc. Owner allowed us very early check-in ❤️

Cons: A bit cold in January but some electric heaters available. A bit of a wet smell. Neighborhood not the nicest but safe.

Clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of beach

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Lucia was great with her communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Eggs, bread, croissants and even a bottle for wine provided.

Cons: The property is on the third floor so there are about 50 stairs to climb. There was some road construction happening during our stay so we had constant sounds of jack hammers and couldn’t sit outside. (Hopefully this finishes soon). The location is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute bus or tram ride to the centre.

Pros: Very clean, nice balcony, comfortable bedroom. Near the beach.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: We arrived to a beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment with 2 balconys. Enough food provided for the foundation of many breakfasts and a bottle of wine also. Good supermarket round the corner and local cafes nearby. The beach is only 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) so the balconys have views of the rooftops as well as the roads below. The host was always available although we did not need her as everything was great.

Cons: We didn't want to leave. Had a great time.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész szállásadó, ár-érték arányban remek.

Pros: A szállásadó, Lucia nagyon kedves, közlékeny, könnyen ment vele a kapcsolatfelvétel. Valencia tengerparthoz közeli részén van a szállás, kb 15 perc sétára. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen megközelíthető, busz- és villamos megálló a közelben. Mivel korán érkeztünk Valenciába, Luciával megbeszéltük, hogy letehetjük a csomagokat, míg elkészül a takarítás, nem kell napközben magunkkal cipelnünk. Nagyon rugalmas a szállásadó, a lakás nagyon jól felszerelt.

Pros: Lo bonito, lo acogedor, sobre todo lo limpio qué estaba todo , es como llegar a tú hogar , muy bien conectado y la chica Lucía maravillosa 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍😍😍
