good value for money, good transport to the city center, great host

Pros: Everything was fine and as described, great location with all you need and the beach is close. Maybe not a 10/10 location if you plan to visit mostly the city center, but still there are plenty of options to reach it (bus, tram, metro, bikes).

Great stay, beautiful city and wonderful people

Pros: What I liked most is the services. The owner of the house, Jorge, is wonderful. He provides all the assistance around the clock. The house is clean and equipped with everything. The place is really close to the sea. It is a wonderful city. I advise everyone to enjoy the hospitality. Thank you, Jorge.

Pros: Great location, very responsive host — you could reach out to him with any questions or for advice. The sea is within walking distance. The house has air conditioning. The balcony is perfect for drying clothes after the beach. It’s very easy to get to the city center and anywhere else by public transport. Highly recommended!

Pros: A wonderful and attentive host who made us feel at home before we even landed. Great location - really cool neightbourhood and close to the beach. We explored different parts of Valencia during our visit and found El Cabanyal, where the flat is located, the most picturesque and cosy.

Cons: Cannot think of anything we did not like :)

In a word - I recommend.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Location close to the beach, close to bakery with delicious bread, close to shops, close to the bus stop. Quiet area. The apartment itself very pleasant, equipped with everything you need - like at home. Nearby great pubs and restaurants - especially recommend to try La Cabanyita (white Sangria is delicious). A wonderful and helpful host who gives all the necessary tips and takes great care of his guests. I highly recommend staying at La casita azul de la playa.

A very cute and well equipped house! Lovely stay!

Pros: Jorge was a wonderful host - sent us lots of recommendations via whatsapp and was very helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, bus stops and metro stop. Lots of amazing restaurants near by. No need to hire a car, it took us one hour to get to/from the airport via public transport. The house was also really well equipped - deck chairs for the beach, beach towels and olive oil/salt in the kitchen. There is a mini hob which was great if we wanted to cook something simple in the evening. Overall, this was perfect for a couple!

Pros: Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem (był komunikatywny i troskliwy), samodzielne zameldowanie.

Cons: Mieszkanie jest dwupoziomowe, na górze znajduje się sypialnia (prowadzą do niej schody), a na dole mały salon, kuchnia i łazienka. Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wydaje się być bardziej przestronne i prezentuje się nieco lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Mimo wszystko było przytulne i cały pobyt był udany.

Pros: Lokalizacja, blisko do morza. Dobre połączenie z centrum.
